Really great stay in the hotel, very clean and staff were extremely friendly and helpful!! Japanese style room was so cozy and the view was fantastic!!! Really great view of the surrounding mountains and lake. -1 star for the location due to the difficulty to find it at night. There were no streetlights in the area so we didn't know there were footpaths and had to do the dangerous route via the vehicle road in pitch darkness. Dinner wasn't fantastic but is included in the stay. Breakfast was decent though :)

位於湖邊，風景一流，十分寧靜，但自駕要上山落山，路颇灣。酒店早晚餐是自助餐，種類多，酒任飲。其中有一房間垃圾筒內仍有垃圾未清🙈 check in 時職員很協助，服務很好。

酒店就在湯ノ湖的旁邊，周圍景色非常不錯👍，可以看下我的附圖。酒店的温泉是硫磺温泉，感覺比登別的硫磺更好點。 吐槽點：1，晚飯，早飯菜的品種不夠多（和我之前去的其他温泉酒店做對比）。2、很多工作人員感覺都是東南亞員工，日語能力還不是很熟練，不過一句話多説幾遍的話交流還是沒問題。3、温泉的時間是每天15-24點，5-9點。大部份温泉酒店的泡湯時間一般都到凌晨3點，我們第二晚出去辦事後回到酒店已經24:10分了，一身疲勞好想去泡個湯，結果正好關門了，覺得很可惜。 最後總結，酒店是非常不錯的，下次去的話可以再考慮這家。

酒店服務態度不錯，房間乾淨整潔，温泉泉質非常好，對多種慢性病有療效，離公交車站十分近，出行比較方便，離湯湖近，景色宜人。

食物日日都一樣，完全無新意。
酒店只有一個大浴場，房間只有私人廁所，但無淋浴間，所有人都要飯前或飯後到浴場沖涼，令假日期間嘅浴場十分擠迫。

外觀看起來是五星級，內部的設備卻只有三星級的價值，一晚快一萬元台幣的價位，這樣的cp值不高。地點真的很好，不過房間裡沒有浴室，一定要去大浴室泡溫泉才能洗澡，也實在有點折磨人。

房間是榻榻米床，下午四點多到酒店去泡了温泉，然後在酒店用自助日式晚餐，酒店環境特美，風景漂亮，早餐也很美味！下次去還會選擇
