Fantastic service and experience. Seamless check-in from the moment we were greeted at the front porch all the way being orienteered around the hotel and escorted to the hotel. Facilities immaculate, especially loved the Onsen. Information regarding our dietary requirements have been communicated well through the different teams at the hotel.

I just wanted to come over and see how many of Ctrip’s Lizi orders there are, haha. . .
The lake view is even better after staying here, the outdoor hot springs are a must, and the breakfast photos taken in the house are very nice. The indoor fragrance sold in the boutique is delicious. I recommend taking a bottle home.
There are also places to complain. Checking in during the off-peak hours makes me very irritable even when sitting in the lounge during peak hours. Also, it is not easy to get to the hotel.
