Because it is a large hotel chain, the facilities and equipment are substantial. The view from the public bath on the top floor was good. However, since the temperature of the open-air bath is quite hot, is there a small number of users? Estimated 46 to 48 degrees Celsius? The room was very smelly as we were given a smoking room! Other rooms (all rooms)? Even if I sprinkled a lot of the provided deodorant, it didn't work👎　The wallpaper in the toilet was very dirty and it smelled like it was set up, so it was no.

As it was the New Year holidays, there were only two elevators, so it was almost impossible to get on. There were guests with tattoos in the large public bath, so the atmosphere was bad. The food wasn't very good, but it was at the lowest level for a buffet. Naturally, the alcohol used was bad, so it gave me a headache. The good points were that it was relatively quiet, and the rooms were clean.

I was able to stay at a reasonable price, and the service and food were commensurate with the price, so I had no complaints. I stayed on the 7th floor of the Yanagi building, but the only disappointment was that I could smell mold the moment I got off the elevator. I think it would be better if they installed aromas or air fresheners to make the building more comfortable.

The room had not been used for a long time and there was a lot of dust. There were stains everywhere, including the curtains and wallpaper, which was very disappointing. It was really dirty, so I had to change the room. Regarding the response, it was very good. Also, when I checked in, I was very disappointed that the person who helped me in the parking lot did not speak to the guests. Regarding this hotel, I think it would be better to train the employees a little more thoroughly. It was great for the price and the food.

The large public bath is spacious and nice. It would be nice if the men's and women's baths could be switched.

The large communal bath and the open-air bath were very nice. The facilities were perfect, but the room was small and old... and it was a shame that there was no shower toilet.

There were mites in the futon, and from the day I stayed there I had red bite marks all over my body and it was unbearable itchy. Even though I only had a cheap room-only plan, I thought it was terrible. The room also had a wall looking out the window, so it was pitch black and it was scary at night. I wish they would make it clear that you can't see the view outside the window at all, and that the futons in rooms with cheaper plans are unsanitary. I'm still itchy. It's a shame because the bath was nice.
