The hotel is located on top of the hill, is not very convenient to get there. The shuttle bus from Nikko station is fully booked even we tried to book 1 day in advance as recommended on their website which only written in Japanese. There is no shuttle provided to pick up from the hotel bus stop. With luggage it’s definitely more than 7min up hill walk. The room we book comes with an open air bath, but was informed that the open air bath in room cannot be use during winter due to frozen pipe condition. The food is mediocre, nothing special.

帶父母出行，被醒目的“露天私湯”大標題吸引，特意安排了日光中禪寺而且毫不猶豫定了這家酒店。前台入住時卻被告知進入12月由於防止水管凍裂私湯不能使用，感覺攜程沒有與旅館溝通好當即質疑虛假宣傳，由於季節原因暫停使用可以理解但至少要在網站上註明（客人可以選擇無私湯房間）。最後再等待了近20分鐘反覆確認中文網站宣傳後告知我又可以使用了。不知道是什麼原因莫名其妙？

非常喜歡的酒店，性價比很高，硬件雖然不是很新但是服務和氛圍真的很貼心，大堂有飲料，熱紅酒咖啡，大火爐，一身風雪進來坐坐暖暖，好温馨，有家的味道！從大路進去有一段路，但是有接駁車，開車的大叔大姐都很nice，有一天hiking完下了bus，正想着還有500米上坡才能回去酒店就看到旁邊的車來接我們了，瞬間被感動得不要不要的！原來車就是來來回回等在車站的，記住那一站是33A噢。晚飯每天都不一樣，我們住了三天，中規中矩吧！泡湯挺好的，特別喜歡露天的，外面就是樹林，對了，林子裏有猴子，一羣，很和睦相處的！朋友説一定要叫我提一句，泡湯有那種小藍子放衣服什麼的，這一點特別周到。

酒店非常衛生 酒店員工有禮貌 唯獨是酒店提供的晚餐份量比較少
而且亦都無法提供付費食物 所有付費食物一早售罄
如果要去便利店，至少要揸車大概15至20分鐘
男士可能需要注意

酒店的穿梭巴士一天沒有幾班 要提前預約 有巴士到山腳下 要是有大件行李推上山真是不容易 酒店的歡迎飲料不錯 有軟飲料和啤酒 香檳 房間很小 日式床單和被子都有點薄 晚上會冷 温泉是混湯的 裏面有很多漂浮物 不知道是keng還是温泉本身的物質 硫磺氣味很濃 泡完了洗過澡還有硫磺味 應該是很正宗的温泉 露天温泉沒有做小景 一片雜草 泡着沒有意境 晚餐和早餐的定食是這麼多年來住過的一泊二食裏最差的 我沒吃完 因為太差了 早餐居然還有兩根火腿腸 我沒見過這麼敷衍的定食 總之這個酒店是一派沒落之像 完全不推薦

호텔의 전반은 특히 호수를 바라보고 있는 위치는 최고였고 노천탕은 너무 좋았습니다. 하지만 석식은 기대이하였습니다. 그리 저렴하지 않은 비용이었는데도 불구하고 식사는 상당히 불만족스럽네요

設施：很老，房間都是傳統鑰匙🔑，估計還是很老的酒店了，但是因為有泡湯，房間也有陽台泡湯，對外就是樹林，還看到了猴子🐒，據説猴子也會來泡湯，要小心
衞生：整潔。
環境：要開車，沒什麼商業配套環境，就是綠植
服務：沒什麼服務，反正自己用設施就好，沒人理你，也挺好的。
