However, because it is directly facing the woods, you need to prevent mosquitoes and fallen leaves, but you didn't see any large animals. Every day, the waiter will put the yukata, toiletries, coffee and tea bags, etc. in the entrance. You need to put the items you want to change and the garbage in the entrance for them to take away. They will not enter the room. The food is fresh, but the set meal is not too big, and it may not be enough for men.

The location is a bit remote! But there is a bus stop nearby! Of course, it is best to drive yourself! The hot spring has an open-air one! It is quite comfortable!

The hotel environment is good, but it is difficult to walk from the bus station to the hotel on a mountain road, with several turns, and the hotel does not provide pick-up service. The attitude of the front desk waitress was very bad, and I almost lost my stored luggage. I don't recommend it.

There are basically no service staff. There was a problem with the WiFi in one room and we couldn't find a waiter to solve it. We finally found a waiter to help check it and then left. The network was still broken. There was a friend who was very good at Japanese in my group, and there was no problem with daily communication. The dinner waitress told us that the drinks were included in the meal. We confirmed it several times and she said it was included. In the end, the wine we ordered was still charged more than 10,000 yen. Fortunately, we didn't drink too much. We asked to confront the service staff and they said they couldn't find anyone. It was really strange.

Stayed for two days and couldn't praise anything except the location.

I was traveling with my parents and was attracted by the eye-catching headline of "Open-air Private Bath". I specially arranged to visit Nikko Chuzenji Temple and decided on this hotel without hesitation. When I checked in at the front desk, I was told that the private hot spring bath cannot be used in December due to water pipe freezing. I felt that Ctrip had not communicated well with the hotel and immediately questioned the false advertising. It is understandable that the use is suspended due to seasonal reasons, but at least it must be stated on the website (guests can choose Selfless soup room). Finally, I waited for nearly 20 minutes and repeatedly confirmed the promotion on the Chinese website before telling me that it could be used again. I don't know what the reason is?

I like the hotel very much. The price/performance ratio is very high. Although the hardware is not very new, the service and atmosphere are really considerate. There are drinks in the lobby, mulled wine and coffee, and a big stove. Come in and sit in the snow. It's so warm and feels like home. ! There is a way to get in from the main road, but there is a shuttle bus, and the uncles and sisters who drive are very nice. One day after hiking, I got off the bus and was thinking that there was still 500 meters of uphill to go back to the hotel when I saw a car next to me coming to pick us up. Oh, I was so moved instantly! It turns out that the bus goes back and forth and waits at the station. Remember that stop is 33A. Dinner is different every day. We stayed for three days, so it was quite satisfactory! Bathing in the hot spring is very good, I especially like the open-air one. There are woods outside. By the way, there are monkeys in the woods, a group of them, they live in harmony! My friend said that he must ask me to mention that there are little baskets to store clothes and other things when bathing. This is very thoughtful.
