We liked the hotel very much. It surely needs renovation in some areas, but you forget about this, because the hotel service is very good. The staff is very helful and welcoming, many free amenities are provided: yukata clothes for kids for all ages, socks for geta shoes, face sheet masks for ladies. Futons are very cosy, kaiseki dinner was worth it, but if your kids do not like Japanese style food, you need to think of it beforehand. Onsen area is very nice. It has pool also. I would recommend to stay in this hotel and enjoy Japanese experience.

A lovely hotel with a great onsen. Traditional Japanese breakfast was delicious! Not much going on around the hotel though restaurant-wise, it’s definitely easier coming with a car.

I like the parking lot, it has a roof so it doesn't get snowed on. The food is delicious and of good quality.

A long-established hot spring hotel! Including breakfast and dinner, it’s really cost-effective! The food is super delicious, from sashimi to small pots! Strawberry wine for appetizer, hot tea and dessert after meal! The hot springs are also quite good. We are a family of four adults with children, and we had a very satisfying stay! I've stayed in many hotels before that were twice as expensive as this one, but they felt about the same. The price-performance ratio is great, thumbs up!

I stayed for one night and two days with my family (5 adults and 2 children (grandchildren)). The purpose of this time is to celebrate my mother-in-law's 88th birthday and show my grandchildren SL Taiki. As soon as we arrived at the ryokan, there was a service for women to choose from several types of yukata. This was a great service for women. Children's yukata were also prepared for grandchildren. My mother-in-law had a gift of bath salts. I entered the room and was able to see the Kinugawa River. I took a bath in the indoor bath, but there are several types of baths, and a ladder is available. The food was plentiful and satisfying for both dinner and breakfast. Employees were bright and responsive. Overall, I was very satisfied. If there is an opportunity, I would like to use it again.
