Amazing experience out in the woods. Perfect for families and couples as you can go into onsen together. Women typically wear a towel in the mixed onsen, while men use a small towel for modesty while walking between baths. Lunch is available in the main hall. Stunning breakfast and dinner in dining room. Waterfall right next to the outdoor baths, great view.

本当に気分が悪すぎて投稿します。
口コミを見て良かったのですが、本当に来て最近の口コミは全部サクラなんじゃ無いかと気付きました。
1番最悪だと思った食事から言いますと、かなりの少ない品数なのに、一品目から20分も経って、二品目きたと思ったら、またそこから20分くらいと、このペースで食べてる時間より待ってる時間の方がはるかに長かったです。
品数も少ないのでサイコロステーキ2人前注文したら30分くらいで、1人前までしか来なくて、スタッフに聞いたらニニンマエ？ご飯おかわり？何？みたいな2人前の意味ですらわからないスタッフを雇う事にびっくりしました。
30分越しに来たステーキは特に味付けもなく切って並べられただけなので、タレは無いですかと男性の日本人に聞いたら、こちらに反応したが、言葉での返答は一切せず、どこかに去り帰って来ませんでした。かと思いきやその後他のテーブルで注文したステーキにはちゃんとタレをお持ちしてたので、どういう事ですかと聞いたら、忘れましたので次の一人前は持ってきます。こっちは更に別で払ってるのにそれは無いでしょとイライラ度MAXです。軽々しく流されて更に30分経ってもう一個忘れてたステーキも来ないので、流石に痺れを切らして問い出したら確認しますの一点張り、ここでもう食事ルーム既に90分経ってます。やっとタレ付きのステーキ持ってきました、さっきの肉は誰が責任取るんですか。メインが来た頃は2時間経ちました、10品もない商品をどうやってこのスピードで提供したのだろうか。
食事の料金を返していただきたいくらいです。お金をもらってももう行きません。
口コミがすごい良かったので期待してきましたが、女湯も洗面所は水道が詰まってるし、温泉は小さい一個しかなく、色々🦟の死体がぷくぷく浮いてました。
部屋には使い捨てスリッパや冷蔵庫がありません。外観がすごいだけで寝るだけみたいな感じでこの値段はちょっと納得いきません。
100年以上の旅館だと聞いたが接客とサービスは最悪です。
3人で10万ならもっと良いところあるので絶対におすすめしません。

環境漂亮！溫泉風景美麗！但位置太偏遠從成田機場直到差不多五至六小時！房間衛生不錯大浴場水壓極低，工作人員質素參差都好像是在培訓中的培訓生！食物質素我絕對不會推介！還有大堂餐廳到房間的道路上出現一個簷篷漏水眼見一天內已有四至五人摔低！還沒有改善非常之危險！整體工作人員應變能力非常差！

如果你想享受真正的温泉，不想下餃子一樣人多，這真的一定值得去，這次碰到台灣的小姐姐服務員，溝通毫無壓力，而且都是日本當地的人去得多，吹爆這酒店，秋天的風葉應該也很贊，有機會一定會再去

服務真的很好，晚餐早飯也很精緻，而且雪景特別美，但是交通真的比較麻煩，大家去的話一定要早一點出發，我們八點從町田出發最後也是很驚險的到了。温泉很好泡，露天的景色特別美！！！上山的路上很美而且還能看到鹿和猴子這種野生動物！
