We stayed late booking 9/10 January. Hotel informed us at every stage after reservation. Lovely location, stylish, clean, friendly staff, warm, organised. Room was comfortable, toiletries, shower cap, towels, face cloths, coffee machine, good beds and pillows. We would definitely stay again.

My room (second floor) at Hotel De Roode Schuur was lovely, airy, and perfectly clean. Daily maintenance was spotless, and the daily breakfast was really comprehensive and tasty - just the thing to start each day during my stay at Nijkerk for work. If ever I'm in the area again, I'll be back to stay here again.

Good hotel, great stuff, excellent location, very comfortable beds and pillows. Suitable for both families or couples. Amazing! The breakfast is a little disappointing (just a little). I was with my wife and 3 children. Everyone likes and recommends

We stayed in a comfort room that had decent beds, a Nespresso coffee machine and Rituals in the shower. The rain shower is amazing, so is the toilet but not in a positive way. The toilet is completely open, no privacy at all. Which might be fine for some people, but that was the only downside. And the lady at the desk assured us that not all rooms have the same setup. Other than that very friendly helpful staff, a decent breakfast, lots parking and I will definitely go back,

Excellent start to a 5 day bike tour;Nijkerk, Apeldoorn, Hoenderloo,Amersfoort. Helpful friendly staff, comfy large room on main floor with outside deck. Super filling buffet breakfast included, won’t need lunch! Adjacent restaurant has good food beer and wine. English welcomed and no problems.

Excellent service on the first stop of a bike tour from Nijkerk- Apeldoorn-Hoenderloo- and Amersfoort. They had excellent setup for bikes, large room on main floor with outside deck. Supper breakfast included. Friendly helpful staff. Adjacent restaurant had good food and good beer. English spoken by easily. Would definitely go again.

They have an events hall next door, where they throw parties - the base shakes the windows and they carry on until 1am ... then clean up..nightmare. No refund and no solution offered. I asked and the place next door has a license
