The hotel staff were polite and helpful. The room was spacious enough to sleep in. The bathroom had a slight smell, but it was fine because I wouldn't use it if I was going to the public bath. The refrigerator was in an inconvenient location, so I would have preferred to have it under the TV.

Nice hotel withe rooms of various sizes. For me it was spacious enough. Bed was comfortable, would have liked one more cushion.
Room was clean an I liked that i could open the window. It was quite hot in the room because the heater was turned on. Even if i turned it off hot air came out.
Room was clean and had everything i needed. You can also get things at the front desk.
Breakfast was buffetstyle and really very good with a lot of choises, both Japanese, local and western.
Location was very convenient near the train station. About max a 5 minutes walk. Near the hotel there are a lot of places to eat or have a drink. At the station is a shopping mall.
With 150 years history, this is the only hotel in Niigata equipped with both a stone spa and narural hot spring. A long-established traditional style hotel which boasts great cuisine.

The appearance is quite tired. However, check-in is early when you arrive. There is no waste. There are dorayaki, coffee jelly, ice cream, etc. in the lounge, and children will be happy. The room is very normal. Please boil water and drink it. Speaking of which, he brought it, but I want you to keep it on hand. And a thin part of the mattress. These two points are minus. The food is not luxurious, but the number of items is sufficient and satisfactory. It's a dull hall as a restaurant. Of particular note here is the staff. I feel the spirit of treating everyone with all their might. I'm doing my best.

Take bus No. 17 from Niigata Station for 260 yen to Niigata Nikko Hotel in Tokimi. The guest rooms are from the 22nd to the 29th floor. I lived on the 27th floor with a wide view. There are supermarkets, restaurants, etc. on the second floor of the hotel, and there is an exhibition hall on the fifth floor. , it happened to be an Egyptian art exhibition. Although the hotel room was small, it was clean and refreshing, and the overall feeling was very comfortable. It was only 1.5 kilometers away from Niigata Station, which was a bit far to walk. But despite its flaws, this hotel is still pretty good!
GGuest UserI made a reservation on the spot and stayed in a Deluxe Twin Room (with extra bedding) for three people including my child (almost an adult). The extra bedding was normal size and no problem. Even with the extra bed, the room didn't feel cramped. The staff were very attentive and had a calming atmosphere, so I was able to stay comfortably. The view of the Shinano River from the room was great, and I was able to sleep well without being bothered by the surrounding noise. The breakfast the next morning had a wide variety of options and was all delicious! We also had the chance to try different types of rice, so we were able to enjoy a taste unique to Niigata.
GGuest UserThe room is spacious, with bright windows, not far from the station. The breakfast is very delicious, very quiet, and the scenery outside the window is very good. The staff has a good service attitude, thoughtful and enthusiastic.
GGuest UserWe stayed here for 1 night but unfortunately the aircon in my room was spoilt, we informed the hotel staff and instead of fixing they told us to live with it and tried to struck off the matterโฆ seriously even though we stayed only 1 night we shouldnโt be treated like that
GGuest UserThe location of this hotel is very good, right next to the station, and transportation is very convenient. The railway and bus are concentrated downstairs, and it is convenient for food, accommodation and transportation. The room is clean, spacious and quiet. It is a very standardized and professional hotel, worth recommending.
GGuest UserClose to Niigata Station, convenient for buses and trains. The room is a bit bigger than other areas, and the suitcase can be opened. It is not far from Bandaibashi Isetan, which can be reached in 10 to 20 minutes on foot. It is relatively close for eating and shopping. The general facilities of the hotel are all available. The breakfast is rich, with both Japanese and Western styles. There is also Niigata's specialty Koshihikari rice for guests to taste and experience.
HHuiruThe location is less than 5 minutes' walk from Niigata Station. It is located in a quiet alley, so it is very quiet. In addition, the breakfast is rich and balanced. In addition to rare fruits (tomatoes and strawberries), even the miso soup is full of vegetables. Excellent value for money, highly recommended.
The nearby Hakusan Shrine is a famous place of worship for marriage, and the Bandai Museum of Art building can be climbed up to see the distance.
PpurintaiLocated a 10-minute walk from Niigata Station. There are various commercial facilities nearby, so it is very convenient if you are going shopping. The rooms are compact. Although it is old, it is well-cleaned.
JJuHarMy friend who accompanied me also stayed in a single room for one night and said that he had a comfortable stay. He was also happy that he could use the discount coupon for the ceramic bath at the neighboring group hotel 24 hours a day, even late at night or early in the morning.
WWeijueyexiaobaoThe room is older and has a slight smell. It is within ten minutes' walk from Bandai Bridge and within ten minutes from Niigata Station, which is a relatively suitable location. The price is super cheap and totally worth it.
