We stayed here for 1 night but unfortunately the aircon in my room was spoilt, we informed the hotel staff and instead of fixing they told us to live with it and tried to struck off the matter… seriously even though we stayed only 1 night we shouldn’t be treated like that

Good location in Central Niigata, the room was clean though the bathroom was a little dated. The onsen is very small and can get crowded

Walking distance from the train station. Very accessible and surrounded with restaurants. There’s a sauna in the hotel that guests can use.
