I recently stayed at Hotel Okura Niigata, and my experience was delightful. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and attentive staff. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The amenities were top-notch, and the bathroom was well-equipped with everything I needed. I also appreciated the traditional touches in the room, giving it a refined Japanese atmosphere.

Hotel Okura Niigata is a well-established local hotel. Although the interior decoration is a bit nostalgic, it is very convenient! After crossing the bus line and walking a few minutes, major department stores Isetan are nearby! I originally thought it was very backward, but you can buy everything here. The only thing is that its sightseeing spots are far away. When we were driving, we passed one of the scenic spots, Temple Central Fisheries. If you have great expectations, you can eat very fresh seafood here. If so, you may be a little disappointed! We all agree that unless you are going to pass by it, you don’t need to go to this attraction! On the contrary, our next destination is Echigo-Yuzawa, which is closer to Tokyo and also belongs to Niigata Prefecture!
