Location relatively close to Niigata train station.
Price was good for a last minute stay.
Room was big and even had a massage chair.
Bathroom was smaller than the Shinjuku hotel but still decently sized.

I think the room should be upgraded. The facilities are too old and the lighting is too dim. The mattress is soft and hard enough for sleeping. The location is good, not far from the station.

The hotel room is a bit old. There are some old marks on the bathroom floor. But overall it is still very clean.
