飯店位置離車站有些遠，但有巴士可以到門口附近，班次很多方便，飯店門口就是商店街吃飯、逛街很方便

長野県安曇野市から新潟へソロでロングツーリング(片道250〜300Km以上)で、安全の為に1泊お世話になりました。バイクもホテルに停めさせていただき助かりました。

従業員さんの対応はとても良かったのですが、客室内は埃が溜まっており、シーツは血液と思われるシミや他のシミがあり不衛生というかありえない状況でした。

とにかく女性の方の対応が丁寧。
チェックアウトを2時間伸ばしましたが1,000円で済みました。またお世話になりたいホテル。
理解して止まりましたが喫煙ルームだった為、すごくタバコ臭かったです。
代金と立地を考えたら全然ありだな。と思う範囲でした。

清掃が行き届き、室内もとても清潔です。
