Excellent location, near several means of transportation. Free tea and coffee service with a nice reading relaxing area. Nice breakfast included. Very friendly staff.

飯店離新潟車站走路大約3-5分鐘路程，早餐樣式雖不多，但有白飯，麵包，湯品及牛奶...等，而且還有現打的果汁，下午到晚上的時間，1樓大廳還有提供咖啡跟檸檬水。Comfort Hotel Niigata，為我們這趟的旅程，提供了一個非常舒適的住宿。

6:30-9:30有簡單早餐但期望不要太高
花椰菜牛奶蠻好喝的
雙床房的床很大，床墊棉被挺舒服
有腳踏車可以租借
7樓有洗衣機／烘衣機／販賣機
每天有換床單服務或是換新的毛巾
離車站方便，附近有大型超市，走路要10分鐘左右

朝食は毎日同じメニューで、美味しくないです。特にお米の品質が、新潟ではあり得ないと思っています。
エレベーターが古くて誤作動する事があるので不安でした。
ベッドの状態は、やすいラブホテルより最低で、真ん中が盆地のように凹んでいて、そこに畳んだタオルで埋めたあと、シートを敷いた状態でした！
丁寧に不満をお手紙で残しましたが、職員の誤りや、ベッドの交換はないでした！
一人泊まりで、部屋に友達の訪問がありましたが、勝手に一人の追加料金をとる形になりました。４泊泊まりの中で、１泊も泊まった事がありません！
トイレはリニューアルされていて、狭いでしたが、清潔で心地よい利用ができました。部屋の掃除をするスタッフに感謝の言葉を残したいです！
2度とこのホテルの利用はしないと思いますが、とにかくお世話になりました！
