I went there with my boyfriend and the rooms were nice food was excellent 👌 I would visit that place and this time a bit longer

Visit Nigel and it was recommended by Bride and Groom. Excellent place to say and not far from venue. Clean rooms, service from very nice helpful friendly staff! Will definitely make use of this facility in future should it be necessary.

Great staff and management very accommodating as i am a smoker they gave me a room with a balcony where i could at least smoke the rooms are massive and you feel at home all round just the place to stay in Nigel hope to see them soon

Nobody ever at reception, have to look constantly for someone to assist. Stayed in family room. No aircon remotes in both rooms. TV's in both rooms not working. Spend almost 3 weeks to get a refund. Cancelled one night a month before arrival. Had to send numerous emails and phone nonstop without any feedback to get refunded. All and all very pour customer service.

I had no problem conducting business while at the lodge as they had all the necessary ammenities. It was conviently situated and allowed me to have meals in the comfort of my room from the downstairs resterant. The food quality was great and good value for money

The food is amazing- for the price. Staff do require training thou. Slow and very aloof. Accommodation is clean, spacious and linen provided was of good quality. Cons- there are no phones in the rooms so for assistance you have to dial out and hope someone answers. On most occasions you either cannot get ahold of the restaurant nor the front desk. Also, there are stairs only leading to rooms- no assistance with bags. Executive rooms are along the roadside- road noise apparent when sleeping. Overall an average stay.

treatment to guest is excellent , surely each time i come to nigel this is my home away from home, rooms are clean and safe , the restuarant food is so delicious i had a pleasant stay the only thing tv channels are not enough please upgrade especially sports channels.

Great venue with large, gold-rush period-designed hotel rooms and good eats at the restaurant. Enjoyed the old wooden doors, high ceilings, and balcony in the rooms. Would use this as a base for exploring the south Gauteng area in the future.
