The pics shown are deceiving. Not even one young adult could sleep in the bunk beds. The kids got hurt multiple times as the bunk beds are created in such a hazardous way. No hand soap provided and even basic amenities missing. They charged extra for the towels also.

A very family friendly and enjoyable place to stay. Positives: The organisation and pre-arrival info. Great facilities for kids - lovely play park, indoor games room, swimming pool, sauna and steam room at the Ibis Hotel next door which is included in stay. The suite was cleverly designed with kids beds in corridor to enable a lounge area. Kitchen very well kitted out. Very safe and quiet atmosphere. If needed, you can eat at the restaurant at the Ibis hotel, which is very handy for kids as has a small play area in it and interactive table with digital games on-food was fine! You can also get takeaway pizza from them. The little welcome pack with cloths and washing up liquid etc is very useful. It would have been a 5 if not for: Expensive parking (0.90c per hour) - there is free parking in the street but it’s in an industrial estate so didn’t feel very secure. A few things in the suite were broken eg bin lid, one shelf fell off as soon as I touched it and the shelf in fridge door fell out when I tried to put milk in it! These were minor things so I didn’t contact reception for support but I’m sure if I had, they would have been helpful. Location is a bit isolated BUT there are lots of great attractions/beaches you can drive to in a short time. Too bunk very high and as others have said tricky to make up so I think next time I would pay for them to make the beds!!!

We booked 3 nights in a comfort suite for 5 people: 3 adults and 2 children (8 & 9 years old) + dog. The suite is functional, however it is small, the bunk beds are more for children and not for adults. The last bed at the top lacks space and is much too high for a small child. We left with another couple + their 2 children. Their apartment was more spacious than ours even though they had booked for 4 and for 150 euros cheaper. The surrounding facilities are very appreciable for children. Don't forget towels, soap, toilet paper if you didn't ask for them in your reservation. There is a small packet with dishwashing liquid, 2 or 3 dishwasher tabs, sponge, 1 disposable mop + cleaning towel. Parking is chargeable 0.90 euros/hour with 30 min free

Very minimalistic, far from beach (20 minutes walk to trams and then take tram) and restaurants/shops. Uninviting view of camping. Noise pollution from camping. They ask on top of the booking of the room 21 euros per day parking of the car... this was really exaggerated considering the price. Misleading photos as promo. Swimming pool was unhygienic and the chlorine burns your eyes. It was a bad experience. We will not go back.

Very nice apartment. We stayed with 3 people in an apartment for 5. This meant we certainly had enough space. It might be cramped with 5 people, especially the bunk beds. A very nice, practical bathroom and kitchenette. Because you can use the wellness in the Ibis hotel for free, I thought it was definitely worth the price! We also had breakfast at the hotel, which was definitely worth it! The people at holiday suites called us before and during the stay to check if everything was to our liking. They are very concerned about guests! It is located a bit from Nieuwpoort bath, but we had the bicycles with us. We will definitely come back!

Very pleasant little apartment for the 4 of us. Everything we need is on site. On the other hand, in terms of hygiene… it needs to be reviewed, the sheets are stained and so are the pillow covers! There is not much insulation, although there are not many of us in the building, we can hear as soon as someone opens or closes a door. Parking is a shame €0.90 per hour with 1/2 hour free for unloading luggage. We had a code problem for the entrance, we had to wait for someone to come and help us, half an hour had passed. The beds were comfortable. We had accommodation for 5 people for 4. Fortunately the one who should have slept on the 2nd floor of the bunk bed, could not raise his head (my 6 year old daughter to test) Good stay but there are things to improve.

Apartment much smaller in real life than in the photo. We had rented one for 5 people but frankly more than enough for 2 people. Equipment level is fine except the chair looks like a toy. The bedding is very bad. Availability to go to the sauna, hammam and indoor swimming pool is quite difficult to access, often full. Unfortunately I won't be going back there again.

Family stay, we reserved 2 studios for 2 people as well as a studio for 5 people nearby. Dog accepted. Parking quite expensive but it is possible to find free spaces outside the site. Well-equipped and functional studios. Access to the ibis hotel swimming pool.
