Not bad, although not in the tourist area, not in the center of Rotterdam, belonging to the local area, the service is still timely. It is to get used to the lack of a kettle. This hotel is also strange. The cups and the cups for brushing teeth are disposable paper cups, which have been like this for so many years. This chain hotel has white sheets covering the pillows, which is a bit scary. Who noticed that it was placed like this? Parking is relatively convenient, but it is not suitable to come here in this season. It rains heavily and drizzles every day, which is really boring.

Smart hotel in a good location for exploring historical Gouda. Well-equipped and comfortable room - with kettles available (although not in the room as standard). Nice high pressure shower, good aircon, nice, quiet room. I didn't eat in the restaurant but it looked really nice. There was lots of rather strange, slightly unnerving artwork of people eating cheese... The artwork looked AI generated and overall felt cheap and at odds with the rest of the hotel's design.
The hotel made a show about being eco and 'environmental', however the bathroom cups were wrapped in plastic - this is completely needless (no one ever wraps the coffee cups in plastic!).
Worryingly, on check-in the receptionist insisted that I hadn't paid in advance and made me pay on the spot. When I later checked this I found that, as I thought, I HAD indeed paid in advance. To be fair, when I showed her evidence on my phone she immediately initiated a refund, but really - how can that be allowed to happen?? Surely it should all be on the hotel's system. If I hadn't spotted the mistake I would have paid twice. Not impressed!

I couldn't sleep all night through the noise of the cars in the highway.
Every day cleaners come to your room but the dirty towels are not replaced! Very bad kiss you don't feel good at all during sleep!
The expectation is behind the desk and there you can only feel warm,
No coffee machine in the room and the water cooker was very dirty!
Nice restaurant but for someone who is vegetarian is not made a lot of choice!
Some staff were lovely but also someone is at the reception that gives you unwelcome feelings!

Exceeded expectations, the room is very spacious and clean, and the decoration style is great.
The breakfast is very rich, and there is a children's dining area, the children are very happy.
We drove by ourselves, so we felt that the location was good and easy to drive.

Very satisfied, the hotel is very suitable for traveling by car. We rented a car and drove the car to the other side of the children's windmill the next day. Originally, the room rate did not include breakfast, but I didn’t know how to give us two breakfasts, which were also very delicious. Although the hotel facilities are old, but the sanitation is excellent, the surrounding environment is also very good
