Too hot at the pool...not enough deckchairs and too bad it only opens at 10 a.m....
Breakfast ok but too bad there was only white bread....

Reasonable hotel with normal size rooms and very traditional and lavish German decorations. Service is good and so is the spa. Breakfast is ok, but minimal fruits, vegetables and minimum lactose free or vegan options. The biggest downside for us was the smell of the rooms, we were located at the 1st floor above the kitchen and the ventilation system seems to be directly connected to the kitchen, the smell in the room of grilled meats was extremly strong an very unpleasant. When mentioning this to the receptionist this was acknowleged with a weary head shake. For us a reason not to return

Beautiful establishment, the staff is very pleasant and attentive, what more could you ask for, good value for money. the rooms are clean and functional. The meals are plentiful and very good. I will return without any worries in March for another stay.

perfect welcome, breakfast at Crémant.........extraordinary but a kettle with tea infusion instant coffee etc in the room would have been nice and at least a bottle of mineral water there are cheaper hotels which put this is available, turn on the hammam in the morning as well as the sauna

great spa... food at the top... very nice staff... but on the other hand, table service is not at all up to standard and the worst... dogs in number... nothing indicated on their site as if they are accepted, despite what we are told...but are constantly disturbed by barking at the end of the day and at 7am in the morning...NO...problem reported...but remains unresponsive. ..not even a message at the entrance of the hotel for the owners to do what is necessary... really a shame

3 nights. We were accommodated in the old part on the 3rd floor, large, very clean room, Alsatian style, comfortable bathroom with bathtub, comfortable bedding. No possibility of massages (no staff), mediocre breakfast, superb restaurant but not great dinner meal.

Apparently rubbish. 3 knives, a mini saucepan, not even a strainer or something to make pasta. My children, aged 7 and 4, were not able to use the swimming pool because it was only open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for them. Things that are clarified on *********** but by digging really well. For a hotel that claims to be family-friendly. I find this discriminatory. And for the price paid for this 3 star from the 80s I might as well tell you that it's in my throat. We ended up at the municipal swimming pool at the top, because my children were super disappointed. The bedding needs to be soft and the mattress dirty. Not a pack of tissues or hairdryer in the bathroom. And yet I'm used to apartment hotels. The laundry smells musty. The apartment is 3 buildings from the main hotel, great for going to breakfast (which we preferred not to have on site in view of the disastrous ratings on TripAdvisor) Address to avoid Hotel for old people or couples without kids, or if you have 200 euros to waste on a shabby night. In any case, you won't see us again.

Hôtel à fuir. Si vous aimez partager les moments conviviaux, de détentes et de repos c’est pas la bonne adresse. L’accueil est semblable à un post de douanes en pleine guerre froide. Les clés vous seront jetées avec un sourire de bouledogue ( avec tous le respect que j’ai pour ses chiens). Vous trouverez les chambres magnifiques et modernes si votre vie s’est arrêtée en 1980. N’attendez pas que le serveur ou la serveuse vous détendent avec un beau sourire et en vous chouans, le service est nul, on doit tous demander en hurlant dans la salle pour attirer leur attention sinon ils vous ignorent. Ensuite, surtout, mais surtout ne pas traîner dans le hall d’accueil, la guestapo de l’accueil n’aime pas la compagnie et les clients. J’ai attendu 2 minutes mes amis et elle m’a mis dehors car il ne fallait pas que je la regarde. Enfin bon, pour moi et mes amis on est parti avec plein d’entrain et de délivrance
