They picked me up from the airport, although it is not far from the airport but I arrived late. Friendly from the moment I called for the pick up. I also needed directions the following day and the lady and young man who checked me in helped with this. The room was lovely and clean and I had a nice view to the side. The bed was comfy and the bathroom very clean. I did have some noisy neighbours but as there is no telephone in the room couldn't let reception know. In the end I put earplugs in my ears. I slept well though. The breakfast was substantial and a lot to choose from. The manager at reception (a different one) called the bus headquarters to make sure I had the correct bus numbers for my very important day. What an incredibly friendly hotel. If ever you need to find something near the hotel I would suggest this one. They also have a bar and restaurant so that is good when you have time or need this.

Great hotel within walking distance of the airport terminal with free parking. Room was clean and this hotel was a fantastic base for our trip to the Belgium Grand Prix at Spa - approx 75 min drive. The local shuttle bus into Luxembourg was over the road with frequent buses into town taking approx 20 mins. All public transport in Luxembourg is free so we visited town in the evening for some lovely food.

Did not eat breakfast, there is a parking lot, and there are many vacancies. The service is good and the reception is very warm. The hotel is divided into two-star and three-star parts. We live on the two-star side. The room is very small. There are two-layer single beds on the double bed. Adults can sleep. But two people are very crowded in the room, and the three are even more uncomfortable.

It's almost perfect, Just one thing and this Hotel deserves a 10/10 The pillows could be better...too flat...for people who are sentitive with their neck or suffer from headache it could be an issue because the next day you rellly feel your neck. For the rest, nothing to say... rooms are great, very good isolated, breakfirst is one of the best iI saw here in Luxembourg (for a 4star hotel) parking is easy to find and the restaurant has deliscious meals too.

The room has a bit of an age feel, but it still has everything it needs and is clean. The location is a bit remote, but still only about ten minutes from the city center, which is very convenient. Hilton Diamond Card allows free parking, which is very important for us who drive by ourselves.

Just completed a 3 day stay while in Lux on business. For me the hotel is in a great location - just 10 minutes from the Centre via the free buses. The stop is literally outside the hotel front door. The hotel was immaculately clean. My room was a really good size with everything you could need. Wifi connection was excellent. Final word is for the lovely people who work here - thank you! You could have not been more helpful or cheerful which is really appreciated. As a regular visitor to Lux and having stayed in many different hotels, this will be my choice of hotel going forward now!

The size of the room is suitable, and the decoration of the hotel is unique, but the restaurant on the first floor is a bit expensive, and the parking is not free, 16 Euros for overnight stay. Good service at the front desk. The curtains are not enough for shading, but it is relatively quiet, the hygiene is also good, and the bath water is no problem.

We spent a long weekend at this hotel it was fabulous it was very welcoming and very personable. We stayed in the duplex room which was very well appointed and very nice there was a tub in the bathroom (a bonus). The hotel is located in a very peaceful and relaxing environment. Beautiful, historic and charming hotel in Luxembourg close to the train station (about a 15 minute walk from the old city center). The hotel is delightful, very clean, and tastefully decorated. The staff are lovely and helpful. The beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious, and I was elated we had a fan available to us (already placed within the room) as it was quite hot while we were visiting. We would definitely stay here again, this place is a gem.
