Next time we must be here when we come Nicosia again!

The location is good, especially for a business trip, the rooms are nice and clean, and the restaurant inside offerss plenty choice of food.

Extremely European feeling of saving money

The location of the hotel is relatively remote, and it is not convenient to eat and shop around. The hotel facilities and room conditions are good, and the waiter who cleans the room is very friendly Contact the receptionist with a businesslike attitude

Breakfast has less variety

Hair dryer handle is sticky

Hilton Nicosia was the venue we chose for our wedding party and dinner celebrations we did so as we aimed at a lavish buffet for our guests, elegant interiors and the excellent service provided by Hilton Nicosia staff. Fortunately we were confirmed. We are more than happy to say that everything went as expected, the experience was wonderful for us as newlyweds as well as for our family and guests. Special thanks to Mr. Doros for the exquisite menu his polite and accommodating manners. To Mr Christos and Ms Pola for their patience, efforts and guidance for the smooth execution of our wedding dinner. And to Elia for all info required in relation to our wedding. From senior head management to all staff everyone was lovely and polite. We also enjoyed a two night complimentary stay at their lovely suite. Much recommended. A HUGE thanks to everyone at Hilton Nicosia for the lovely wedding experience we shall always remember fondly!!!!

What an amazing property in the capital city. The property is large with many amenities and plenty of dining/drinking options. The breakfast has a large variety and one of the better experiences I’ve had while traveling the globe. The staff is attentive and always friendly. The location is just a short drive into the busy parts of the city but far enough away where it is peaceful.

Hilton Nicosia was the venue for our conference late April 2024. This was my first stay in this lovely hotel. The room was spacious, clean with excellent garden view. Bathroom was perfect. Wi-fi was connection was perfect. The staff was very cooperative specially the reception and the restaurant. The breakfast was excellent with lot of varieties. Lecturing room was convenient with all needed technical support.

The staff are wonderful, especially the spiky haired girl. The cat is so cute but please brush her. Shame there’s no water in the gym. Nicely located and the Japanese restaurant is lovely as are the breakfasts and John, the lifeguard. Really a lovely place

Good therapists but very poor spa designed full of cockroaches and the manager Despoina-Fotini Parissi was pushing me to book treatment in a bad way giving me the impression that she doesn't care about the customers and she just needed the money

We have had a wonderful time at this hotel- the staff have been the best out of any Hilton at which we have stayed (we’re a Diamond member so have stayed at quite a few). They could not have been more welcoming and very good with our five year old daughter. They made her (and us) feel very special. The staff who were really outstanding were: Sabire who remembered our favourite breakfast drinks every day, Anastasia and all the ladies at breakfast, George at the front desk, the young Belgian man in the Executive Lounge and Yiannis the head porter and the bar staff at Mint bar who made excellent mocktails for our girl. We were upgraded to the junior suite which was delightful and the complimentary chocolates were a nice addition. The choice of food at breakfast was excellent and the Executive Lounge had a good evening meal selection. There was a little children’s paddling pool but beware that the main pool was not heated so that even in 28 degree heat it was icy cold in April! We would return solely based on the exceptional customer service- thank you- the staff are a credit to the hotel!
