The last review is from July 2022, and things have obviously changed since then. I'll start with the hotel. Check-in was disorganized and unprofessional; even though the gentleman at the reception spoke German, communication with him was difficult. The room was quite small and furnished with bed linens from the Hilton Hotel in Yilin, China. The bedding was probably discarded there. The bathroom has a shower with a very high step. The edges of the shower were disgustingly dirty. The toilet paper roll was hanging on the wall opposite the toilet, making it impossible for shorter people to reach it without getting up from the toilet. Half of the lights in the bathroom were broken. Overall, the cleaning was not very thorough. Huge, unmistakable cobwebs hung from the ceiling. There was hammering somewhere in the hotel until around 10 p.m. The bathroom door was warped and could only be closed with force (and thus loudly). The hotel has a restaurant, where breakfast is served. It was quite good, and the food was constantly being refilled. However, you should avoid the restaurant in the evenings. Most of the food was cooked in a deep fryer; the fried potatoes obviously came from a packet and were sometimes served cold. I asked for some mayonnaise for my French fries, but it was brought to my table after I had already finished eating. When it came to tapping the beer, the service completely failed. The boy wasn't even capable of tapping a pilsner. He stirred the beer glass with a long spoon to remove the foam and then poured the contents of several glasses into one glass. I will definitely never visit this place again, and I can't recommend it to anyone.
