Days Inn by Wyndham Eglin AFB

We needed to stay here super last minute due to the AC in our families beach house going out while visiting and honestly, great place!! A lot of the reviews were neutral but it’s exactly what you pay for. Nice room, nice shower, bed was super comfy and the AC felt amazing! The pool was nice and the location is super convenient.

Great hotel, newly renovated, clean room with big screen tv, microwave and fridge, coffee/tea maker and hairdryer, nice pool area to enjoy the sunshine. They also serve a hot breakfast every morning. Nestled just inside Niceville, conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. The front desk clerks are very nice and the house keepers are friendly, the grounds are well maintained. Note they do require a 100$ deposit upon arrival and are very business like filling out the proper paperwork in doing so. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

This place is a dump. Tiny, run down. I did not feel safe here. No elevator to second floor. Do not waste your money staying here.

The ceiling was nasty and tried covering up spots with paint, looked like mold spots. Room was musky and nasty smelling. My daughter and I have come down with bed bug bites all over pur body. Absolutely horrible place!!!! Cords hanging out of wall without a cover.

We did not end up staying here due to our room being unsafe and unlivable. When we came in it instantly smelled of mildew/mold and upon further inspection the room had mold absolutely everywhere. The pillows even had traces of mold. There was mold all around our bathroom door, fuzzy black mold on the walls, the border of the walls on the bottom were falling off revealing even more mold. When we asked for a refund we were told the manager was not in and nor would they contact him for us. We left a note for the manager and have called multiple times with promises the manager would get back with us; it has been 10 days with absolutely no contact. This hotel is absolutely awful and unsafe and would not trust a single room in this hotel after seeing the one we were given

The building is so well built that I believe they have sound prove the walls so you don't hear the noise from room next to your room. I believe is a typhoon proof building. The price is reasonable for the location. Area is well lit at night so you feel safe walking about at night. Talking about breakfast. They have some awesome sausage and fresh produce such as apples and banana. Rooms are no smoking which is great for there are no smoke smell in the rooms. I have been coming regularly to spend 3 or 4 night a week. If you ever around Niceville area and need a place to stay I strongly recommend this place.
