Clean rooms, comfy rooms with cold air. The staff was friendly and even emailed me about an item left in the room and they were going to try and mail to me. Turns out it's just something we forgot to put in the trash, but thoughtful amd we were appreciative of the efforts. We will definitely return to this location if we are in town again.

First stay but wont be my last when need hotel in area. Excellent staff communication front desk staff welcoming and helpful. Property is very well kept and nice variety for breakfast. Checks all the boxes for a wonderful stay. Thanks to all the hard working staff at this hotel.

This was a stop on the way touring the Panhandle. I probably had the nicest welcome I have ever had at any Hilton hotels. At the front desk was Karolin Pennington, so friendly and welcoming. She noticed we were looking for coffee and went and brewed a fresh pot. Room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was good with a nice choice of food. This is definitely one of my go-to hotels now!!

While driving to Destin, we stopped by here for the night. The room was very clean, the beds were super comfortable, and we had a lot of basic amenities like a TV and coffee maker. The bathrooms were pretty spacious as well. I totally recommend this hotel for travelers who need to stop for a night somewhere while on the road!

I enjoyed a nice stay here while on business in the area. Debra at the front desk was very helpful. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was better than usual and the lady who ran it is friendly and clearly takes pride in her work. I will return if business brings me back to the area.

The entire front desk crew that worked the evening/night shift after Margo left for the day were amazing. I had an issue with my room on the first floor having a wet dog smell. The evening front desk manager was EVERYTHING. She rectified the situation immediately and moved us to another room. The evening crew that work the front desk, the cleaning crew, and the wonderful lady that keep restocking the breakfast buffet were all amazing. The evening front desk manager/crew that worked after Margo got off provided the best service I have ever received at a Hilton Property. Great job!!

Hampton Inn if Niceville is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. We were greeted kindly by three people who welcomed us. Throughout our 4 day stay, every employees was nice and said hello. The daily breakfast was delicious along with fresh hot coffee. The rooms are large, quiet and clean. The beds and linen are comfortable and nice quality. .we travel often and I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you the Hampton Inn and everyone who works there.

Staff was very welcoming, rooms were clean, breakfast area was kept clean and fresh every morning and fresh coffee and cocoa was consistently available. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel last week. I can't say enough good things about the hotel and staff. Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone in need of a hotel in this area.
