The location is excellent and the room that touched us was spacious and comfortable, but very noisy: I was on the first floor and had no curtains: I had only black-out, i.e. we had two options: The hotel was very comfortable and was very comfortable and very comfortable. The room door has no barrier and the wifi is not good and is incompatible with the Iphone, unconceived today, where a large part of the passengers have Iphone. And the worst thing about this was the poor attention of the receptionist that was when we arrived at the hotel on Saturday 8 April morning, who when we asked for help to connect us, responded to the defensive and cruelly and showed very little The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable, and it is very comfortable and very comfortable. Super location within walking distance to just about everything. Nice acknowledgment of platinum IHG status by getting upgraded to 7th floor executive room with what sounds like more space than a standard. Beautiful view of Nice’s architecture. Appreciated the bathrobes! Even an iron with ironing board. Windows opened for plenty of fresh air. Hotel seemed full but was never overly busy, especially elevators. Front desk staff very helpful. A big terrace at the front of the hotel has a good combo of shade/sun. Guests can have breakfast, lunch (i think) or drinks out there, tho dinner was not being served while we were visiting. Our only suggestion is to offer 2 standard levels of breakfast; the 20-euro buffet gets to be a bit much if staying for several days. We asked for a coffee and croissant option which the dining staff agreed to give us for 10 euros apiece. But it would be more comfortable to have a standard continental breakfast offered that didn’t need to be negotiated. We don’t need so many calories at breakfast!

Nice hotel, rooms are small but adequate (recommend it for couples or solo), breakfast is basic but good enough. The old town, marina and promenade are all easily accessible (couple minutes of walk), and the area around the hotel is filled with restaurants, bars etc. This might be the only downside, it was very noisy in the party ‘rush hour’ but if you are looking for night life, this hotel is right by the center of it. Overall a very positive experience.

THE ROOM: spacious and had not only a good bed but room enough to walk around and open a suitcase. There was a desk area by the window and a small sitting area with a bench by the head of the bed. The room was modern and clean and smelled lovely. It was theoretically quiet as it was facing towards the back of the building but the windows have to remain shut as some guests might come and smoke and chat on the terrace (it admittedly happened only once and until someone shouted at them to go to their room). The main problem was some rather loud and repetitive structural sound, was loud enough to wake me. At first I thought that the upstair neighbours were moving a piece of furniture every 2 minutes but it made little sense. I concluded that it was one of the elevators that had some sort of issue and emitted the sound of a dying whale from early in the morning until late into the night. THE STAFF: the staff was friendly and helpful. However, be aware that you will be charged 10 euros to get into your room if you arrive at the hotel before 15:00 and your room is ready. You will be charged 5 euros to leave a suitcase in storage after 10:00 on the day of your departure. You also have to book and pay for a maid to come and change your towels and empty your bin. The hotel was pleasant and affordable but I have never had to pay for these kind of services in any hotel I have stayed at.

Original booking was end May 2020. Although my booking was made with a no cancellation policy, I contacted the hotel directly and was assisted by Nadia, (sorry don't know her surname), in moving my booking to October 2020. She was extremely helpful. The reply to my emails were super efficient and understanding. If this is the standard of service my family can expect we are very much looking forward to our stay at this hotel. Nadia is a credit to your organisation during what are very uncertain and challenging times I wish to thank her for all her efforts.

We had booked this hotel for a concert. Excellent choice : close to the stadium , close to the tram to go to the center before the concert , close to the convenience (broadcake , bank etc) parking (free)is a real more The room was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable. I recommend this place and one thing is safe , we will come back if he has a good concert at the Allianz !

We stayed for two nights at the start of our holiday, on arrival we were greated very warmly by the reception staff.....our room wasn't ready so we decided to get a bite to eat in the restaurant......the service was very poor and we had to ask several times if we could order and then to chase the order.....I think they were busy setting up for dinner.....once finished our room was ready, we stayed in The Apartment which has a beautiful view over the Rose Garden and further on to the sea....the room is simply stunning and perfect for our family of 4. There was again a delay in getting our luggage to the room and we had to call down a couple of times for it. Breakfast was OK.....they seem to be short staffed as there was no one to tell us how to order but they all seem to be working very hard. The pool area is lovely, shared with the apartments next door but with ample sun loungers as the life guard removes any towels that are on sun loungers not being used, this led to several arguments we witnessed whilst there. One note of thanks goes to the concierge as on departure we asked for a taxi to the train station, there seems to be a huge shortage of taxis around Monaco and after a short wait he very kindly gave us a lift there in the hotels mini van which was very much apprecaited. All in all a wonderfull stay and would receommend this hotel to all....

Our stay was at the end of July ,and we had a two night stay. We had two sea view rooms, with lovely views ,the rooms being clean and very comfortable. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. We ate in the bar and also at the Horizon Rooftop, where we had both breakfast and lunch. The breakfast is excellent, so much choice plus a chef for eggs of your choice etc. The lunch buffet is also excellent , and complimentary bottled water included. We took a trip to the beach - you get transported in a buggy so no walking , and we enjoyed our morning there - you will be allocated to The Fairmonts beds rather than choosing your position, but theses beds are complimentary. The toilet , lockers and shower facilities here are very good. We also used the pool (Nikki Beach). Again the Fairmont guests have an area of complimentary sun beds - not the large day beds directly by the pool, but for us that wasn’t a problem as ours were a little quieter. We did have a 6 year old with us and we had fun in the pool - he was the only child there though! The Fairmont is not cheap - everything is expensive…..but that is what we expected from Monte Carlo. It is in an excellent position, has a fantastic view over the hairpin, staff brilliant, food and drinks top notch, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

GGuest UserHotel fine, comfortable. Beware of asking them to arrange a taxi to the airport. I asked how much a taxi would be and was told 35 Euros, so asked for a taxi to be booked for the next morning. The ”taxi” was a private operator licensed to work as a taxi, but had no meter. When i asked where the meter was, the driver told me the fare was 40 Euros, this after I'd already got in and we were on our way. Beware of this tactic. Not sure how this is organised, but need to have correct information given before booking.

NNavigate58632893216We intended to only stay here for its proximity to the airport, as we would be taking a flight to Rome the next day. It also was right next door to Nice’s botanical garden and it’s miniscule Asian museum which we could visit right after we checked in. Unfortunately, that one day expanded to seven because we had everything stolen out of our car ( by gypsies, per the Carabinieri) by the Palazzina di Caccia di Stupinigi, including my wife’s portable oxygen concentrator, which we were unable to replace in time to get on the plane to Rome ( airlines will not allow you to fly without one after you have had a doctor certify that you need to use it while flying on the plane ). So instead of spending the next 12 days or so seeing Caserta, Naples, Capri and the Amalfi Coast, etc., we spent more than half of that time just trying to still find a place to purchase a replacement concentrator. It did give us more time to see what this hotel was about. We had two somewhat different rooms, as we kept on extending our stay one or two days at a time and eventually had to switch because the room was booked by someone else. Both rooms had an almost college dorm feel, but that wasn’t bad, just a little minimalist. We got a larger room and it was plenty big, which we needed. It was reasonably bright, with big windows. The bed was a good size and comfortable. The bathroom was also fairly big and the shower worked well. The second room was very similar, but a little smaller, yet still perfectly adequate for our needs. The TV was a decent size and quality in both rooms. The hotel was newish and in good shape. The staff was young, competent and professional. Mostly friendly, with one jarring episode that temporarily left a bad taste in our mouths. The next day he was fine. Sometimes, you just catch someone at their worst. The location is great for the airport, less so to see the tourist sites. You can take the tram which stops frequently very close to the hotel is cheap and takes maybe 10 minutes to go downtown. A taxi will cost 12-15 euros. What’s the bottom line? It was a perfectly fine stay. No major defects. Certainly if you need a place a to stay overnight before taking a flight out of the airport, this should suit your needs, particularly the large rooms for families, who might enjoy the breakfast ( we did not indulge – we are cheap ). I would probably stay at the Hotel Cote D’Azur, which was better situated for tourism purposes. Just a quick word about Nice. While Nice has a number of places to see, none are overwhelming, including the very good, but much smaller Chagall museum. In fact, the cathedral, the Matisse museum, and the Musée du Palais Lascaris are actually underwhelming. Yet I highly recommend visiting Nice, as it is one of the most pleasant and relaxing places we have ever visited. The walk along the water and the views from up high are lovely. GGuest UserA small, pleasant hotel a few meters from the sea promenade. There are restaurants in the vicinity and 2 supermarkets opposite the hotel. Distance from the railway station 15 minutes on foot, from the tram from the airport 8 minutes on foot.
The hotel rooms are smaller, which is standard in France. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were very pleasant and helpful, on the last day we got breakfast at 6:00 a.m., despite the fact that it was officially only from 7:30 a.m. The hotel provides luggage storage for early arrival or late departure. We got a free upgrade to a superior room facing the courtyard. The room is new, clean, comfortable. The bathroom is also small but clean and well equipped. Cleaning and towel change was done every day and the cleaning was detailed. The breakfast was excellent (yogurts, cereals, ham, cheese, sausages, scrambled eggs, croissants, cakes, fruit, fruit puree, jams,...), the weak link was the coffee. The drip coffee in a thermos was weak, the coffee from the machine (cappuccino, latte, cocoa) was made of powder. At the bar, they have an espresso machine, with such a small number of guests, the bartender would surely manage to make everyone a normal high-quality espresso, and the guests would appreciate it.

GGuest UserI stayed here for 1 night as my plane arrived in the early hours and I preferred not to take a taxi into Nice town by myself at that time. The hotel offers a very convenient shuttle bus transfer: they will collect you at Gate A1 at Terminal 2. I understand that if you are arriving at Terminal 1, they will collect you at bus stop number 6. Overall I was pleased with my stay. The room was small but this was not an issue for me. It was well equipped and this included a small fridge and decent AC. The free bottle of water in the fridge was a nice touch. There are also tea and coffee facilities in the room. Great black out curtains and from my room, I had a great view of the runway. I found the floor my room was on to be quiet. My only complaint about the room was that I found the bed quite hard so I didn’t sleep that well. The breakfast was delicious and well worth it and the staff in the breakfast room were very friendly and attentive. You are absolutely spoilt for choice in terms of breakfast options. As with other reviews of this hotel, I felt that the reception staff could have been more pleasant. When I was checking out, I asked for directions to the nearest tram stop going into Nice and the guy on reception just mumbled something. I tried to follow the unclear directions he had given me and ended up walking to the Parc Phoenix stop. I discovered later that there was a stop closer to the hotel. Although this was not a huge inconvenience for me personally, having to walk further than necessary with my case in the July heat was a bit annoying.

MMeng TsenPerfect airport hotel, with a 24/7 desk manned by friendly staff, operating the club model (8th-floor spacious lounge with complimentary non-alcoholic beverages and snacks, and a bar). The rooms are small but efficiently laid-out and from the hotel is (literally) a 5-minute walk to terminal 1. If you are flying from terminal 2 (15-minute walk) you can also grab the tramway (free to and from the airport), which has a stop just around the corner. The hotel is also five minutes walking distance from the Nice St. Augustin train station, which makes it convenient to travel to (e.g) Nice centre, Monaco or the Villefranche beach. Wouldn’t necessarily recommend it for longer stays, given the room size, unless you’re the outdoorsy type.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located one block away from the beach and right in front of a Tramway station, which is very good, since you probably will have to take the tramway (or walk around 20-30 min) to get into the restaurants and the old town. This tramway line is the one that gets into the airport and on the turistical points.
Trip offered a category of room that, according to the hotel staff, does not exist on the hotel (triple bed). I was traveling with a friend and we didn't want to share the same bed.
First, staff didn't want to change our room saying they were complete. After insisting, they found another room with 2 beds, but the AC didn't work fine on this new room.
After the check-in, the staff member forgot to give my passport back. When I asked for it, he said that ”he wanted to keep seeing my picture because I was very pretty” 🙄. Unecessary, embarassing and not funny at all.
Rooms are comfortable enough and correct for a budget hotel.

The hotel has a fantastic location nearby the airport l'm not very far from the City Center, Radisson Blu Nice has its own pool and beach satisfy all your needs whether you like a calm family, friendly beach, or a pool with a fresh drinks and the restaurant.

GGuest UserI liked the hotel very much! The breakfast was very tasty and the room was very nice and clean. I really like the modern style in this hotel. It is also very close to the old town and to place Garibaldi. The staff was also vert nice and friendly. Especially Megan who helped me during my whole stay! If I had a question, she was there! She also showed my family and me all of the curiosities in Nice. Thank you Megan!

GGuest UserSuccessful romantic weekend, hotel faithful to its presentation on the internet.
We spent 2 nights there, the location is top, we were able to enjoy the city center and walk around (10min from the Promenade des Anglais).

TTraveller95718Excellent value and service (there is always someone in the reception 24 hours), near the airport, so good location particularly if you arrive late at night. Shower unit can be bigger but was still okay for a person like me who is not small. Room was nicely cleaned. Bed was fine as well as my sleep.
