The hotel room is very small, the windows are small, and there is no balcony. The room is newly decorated and tasteless, the bedding is very good, the bed is comfortable to sleep on, the bath water is small, the bathroom is small, and the washstand is cramped. There is no pool and the gym is small. The breakfast is semi-buffet, the taste is not bad, and the choice is small. The service staff are enthusiastic.

The rooftop with view and swimming pool is absolutely sublime, it is very pleasant, the staff is very careful and small care, only negative point, the spa is slightly disappointing, The facilities are old, not very well decorated and lighted, it doesn't value the spa, it lacks a jacuzzi but the spa staff is super top, and they make the best massage. The best 5 stars in Nice are in a price-quality-level! And the fact that not being at the sea front, but we are still not far from 10 minutes walk and the ballade is very nice, is really offset by the rooftop that is the best point of the hotel.

I cannot recommend this hotel especially at the prices they charged. Arrived at 5.30pm and room wasn't ready. They then said it was and gave us a smaller room than we had booked and paid for. When we said so they told us ”Americans have a different idea of what king-sized means”. An hour later they called and agreed we had indeed booked a bigger room and offered to move us to one with a king bed. The man from reception then took us to said room without offering to help us with our luggage. Just stood and watched us drag our bags across the carpeted corridors ...All I can say is it was 3 star service and quality at VERY high prices. The next morning we moved to an absolutely world class hotel which was ten times nicer and less expensive. Over-priced, outdated and obnoxious staff.

The location of the hotel is very good. Turn left and then turn left to Gabor Square. There is a large supermarket next to the square and many restaurants in the surrounding area. It is not far from the Old Town of Nice. Breakfast is typical ibis style and ok. However, no extra bed is available in the room. The facilities are complete and the rooms are clean and tidy. Parking lot access is not very convenient, the aisle is narrow, and parking spaces are very laborious. The car I drove was relatively large and not very convenient. There is also a city tax on parking fees. The warmest thing is that there is boiling water and free snacks in the lobby. Although I didn't eat snacks, I made tea several times. Especially suitable for Chinese. 👍

Hotel very well located, a few meters from Place Garibaldi (place of departure and arrival of the tram for the airport and the rest of the city). Very pleasant reception, who responds easily and with great kindness to questions. The whole is rather clean and calm overall (for the month of August). Accustomed to coming to Airbnbs, I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay (2 to 3 times a year). Unrivaled value for money. See you soon and thank you again.

The room is a bit smaller, but there is everything, there is a hidden kitchen to cook, the tableware is very exquisite, I like it very much! I even asked for a delicate coffee cup as a gift 🎁 Thank you Julien 😇😇😇 There are also welcome macarons and welcome cards written by yourself! The only bad thing is that the stairs are very steep, which is not convenient for people with large luggage. Fortunately, Joanna was enthusiastic to help me carry my luggage up. Nice apartment with kitchenette. Keep the kitchenette clean and dishes washed or you’ll be charged a cleaning fee according to the card on the counter, which I nearly missed. Nice little touches in the room. And lemon water in the lobby. Has a roof top pool. Can walk to most places of interest. But in Nice buying a 24h transport card can save a lot of time, and gets you to the Matisse art museum and Roman ruins at the hilltop. Careful with data roaming in Monaco, it may feel like a part of France, the Nice bus service even gets you there but it isn’t. Check that your telco has an arrangement with a Monaco telco.

Nice hotel, rooms are small but adequate (recommend it for couples or solo), breakfast is basic but good enough. The old town, marina and promenade are all easily accessible (couple minutes of walk), and the area around the hotel is filled with restaurants, bars etc. This might be the only downside, it was very noisy in the party ‘rush hour’ but if you are looking for night life, this hotel is right by the center of it. Overall a very positive experience.
