Nice City Center
The hotel is very centrally located for exploring Nice. The closest team stop is Jean Medicine and is then only a few minutes walk to the hotel with a direct service to the airport and only 1.50e per ride. Around the hotel are many enjoyable restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream parlours. Many have breakfast offers if you do not wish to avail of the hotel buffet at 19e. There is a supermarket next door and the promenade is again only a few minutes walk. The location really is a star attraction of this hotel. The hotel itself is in a very architecturally stunning building, the hotel lobby and reception have been well modernised. There are very comfortable seating areas to convene with friends and to enjoy the bar offerings. Breakfast is also served in this area. The check-in was fast and efficient and I had been upgraded to a privilege room due to my Accor status. The room was well appointed but a little dated upon first impressions mainly due to keeping some of the traditional features of the building. The fixtures and fittings are modern and have stood the test of time, the carnival/clown theme is a little disjointed but memorable I guess. The room had a very large comfortable bed with a range of different pillows. There was a seat, table, large screen TV (no English channels), mini fridge and Nespresso machine. The mini fridge came with some complimentary drinks which were replenished each day. The bathroom is a little dated but is saved by a large walk in shower with a rain head. The WiFi was open access, stable and averaged 20mbs. Overall the room became comfortable and is just on the cusp of being a 4-star in my opinion. Credit must be given to the friendliness of the staff and attentiveness of the room cleaner. The hotel also has a terrace on the top floor which has decent views but offers an area of relaxation and sunbathing for the warmer months. In summary this is a great hotel with regards to location. The room was functional and comfortable but retains some of the character of an older hotel. I would stay here again when coming to Nice.

Train Station Area
The bathroom partition in the room is very poor, the shower bathroom is full of water, the four-star hotel only provides paper cups, it is easy to rot the store, and it will not help to change the initiative overnight, the bathroom hair dryer is very old and faulty. The water output of the shower head is very small. The quality of the bed is medium. The breakfast quality is medium, probably only Samsung. I had to iron my shirt in the morning because I had to attend an important occasion, that is, I chose this hotel because I saw that the hotel had this service. When I arrived at the ironing room, none of the two irons could be used. At that time, it was about 8:00. I responded to the hotel about this matter and said that I needed to go out to attend important occasions at 10:00. They said they would deal with it and notify me. At about 8:40, I will ask again. The counter told me that the repair staff would not come until 9:00, and said they would call me again. When I waited until 9:30, there was no audio. I called the counter again. They said that they would reply to my situation in 2 minutes. The result was not returned. I called back again. This time it was more exaggerated and I didn't answer my phone at all. It didn't answer until 9:45. I rushed downstairs to prepare my shirt, and it was fine, and when it went down, an iron with a large rusty print was printed directly on my white shirt, and ruined my whole shirt, for there was no time, and I could only go to the hotel counter and tell them to tell me before I came back What they were going to do about it, and after I came back in the evening, there was no audio, as if there was nothing at all. I just took my shirt and asked them to deal with it. If it was something I would not claim. The next morning, when I went to get the shirt, they washed the shirt, but the obvious print was still on it, the counter told me that it was 15 euros to wash one, not my money. When I heard it, I was really mad. Did you figure out the situation? Is it their hotel iron that broke my shirt, making me look like a Okee who asked someone to do my laundry for free? The counter also told me that they had changed the iron in the last two weeks. Although they could not be verified, it was really outrageous. I came to see that iron later, and it was not like it had only been used for two weeks. Finally, after the counter manager came out, I was willing to compensate my shirt for 40 euros. Because the shirt itself had been depreciated, I didn't pursue it again, otherwise it was not only this value. The overall service feels very poor, the equipment is also very backward, and I will never stay again.

Nice Waterfront
Breakfast is good, you can fry orange juice by yourself at 12.50 euros per person. The front desk answered the questions in detail. There are only six rooms with sea view. There is no way to see the sea. But when you go out, you can turn to the sea. It is a frog. The Internet celebrity shop is a 7-minute walk from Galeries Lafayette. The airport is a little farther from tram2 tram2, 13 minutes walk away. Overall, the price is relatively high. The price is a duplex although it is not big. It is the first time to experience this structure. The other rooms in the hotel should be the same.

Nice Waterfront
- Stayed at many hotels this trip and this was the only hotel with an extremely poor welcome, checked in and didn’t get a warm welcome, didn’t explain the hotel features or anything, whereas the next day I witnessed a couple get a nice welcome (explained the internet, explained the food and drinks available etc). I asked about the internet password when I checked in and I got a cold “it’s free” response. That’s not what I asked ?!? - Asked for extra blanket on phone and person brought the blanket yes but slammed her phone without saying bye - just poor customer service overall despite me having excellent customer service in other places , I also spoke in French too (I'm C1 French speaker (advanced)) and was more than polite and courteous - Big spacious rooms and excellent views - Unlike other reviews here, I found the room clean and tidy - One of the cleaners we passed by was very friendly - Water was hot but inconsistent at times - Convenient location near shops and food - Stored our luggage when we checked out and when asking for them back, the lady told me to go to the room and get our luggage’s out ourselves, I’ve stayed at many other hotels in France and they’ve never had us carry our luggages out ourselves, very bizarre Would I stay here again? No. Because of the unfriendly and less than warm welcomes. Other hotels have nice water views too so I'd probably stay elsewhere
