The most obvious advantage of the hotel is its location. You can see the sea right outside, which is quite comfortable. There are also many restaurants to choose from around. There are no minefields in the room. The price-performance ratio is ok. I went there during the off-season. The front desk also asked if I wanted to upgrade to a sea view room at a discounted price.

It was fantastic, the room is so spacious and with sea view! The service is very good and the staff are very kind! The bathroom is also big and with bathtub.

Pros: You can see the Nice coastline when you open the window. There are many people running and walking in the morning. The scenery is nice! It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the train station in a straight line. There are many restaurants downstairs, most of which allow walk-in dining.
Cons: There are no slippers. You can ask the front desk for a toothbrush, but they will only give it once. The toothbrush is very bad. If you stay for multiple days, you can buy a toothpaste at the nearby Carrefour. The room I stayed in for the first time smelled of formaldehyde. I contacted Ctrip customer service and quickly changed the room. Ctrip's service is great!

It's a good location, just a few minutes walk from the tram station from the airport, and just a few minutes from the beach. Check-in is at 3pm, but we arrived before 12pm and were allowed to check in right away.
Because of this, the amenities weren't ready, but we called and they were ready right away. Even when we offered to give a tip to the staff, they didn't smile and didn't accept it, and were very friendly.
There are many restaurants and a supermarket near the hotel, so we could buy desserts after meals and alcohol we didn't have enough to drink. There was also a terrace with a nice view of the square in front of the sea.
The breakfast was filling and very delicious.

The hotel is in a good location and the stay was good.
Although the check-in time was more than an hour late, I got a drink voucher.
Also, I lost a mobile phone in the hotel, and they found it in time and sent it back to China for me. The service was good.

This hotel experience was amazing! The room was very cozy, and every detail showed the hotel's care. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. The service was even better. The staff was warm and thoughtful, and they responded to every request. I felt like I was at home. I have to give it a five-star rating!

The location of this hotel overlooking the Mediterranean and Promenade des Anglais is excellent, offering spectacular views, but it is about a 20 minute walk to the historic centre. Breakfast is a little disappointing for a hotel of this class, but a continental room service breakfast was offered at no additional charge. The rooms are small, but clean and well equipped and the staff is friendly , knowledgeable and helpful. Overall, pleasant for a night or two.

Amazing
LladykkNegresco is probably the best hotel in the area. It has a collection of 6,000 pieces of art. The lobby is beautiful and the rooms are large, but the layout is messy and tasteless, like a hodgepodge. The rooms are partially renovated and some facilities are a bit old, such as the beds. But the hotel is in a very good location and the hotel's private beach is beautiful. The view is excellent!

LLuDespite how it might appear modest from the street side, it ended up being quite a pleasant stay. Yes you have to climb the stairs. Yes you need to remember codes to enter the building. But overall it’s in a good location not too far from the beach and price is reasonable. Two owners are lovely persons.

XXIAOTINGThe location is very good in a very central area, the rooms are small but the facilities are well equipped to cook for yourself, and there is an internet celebrity food street nearby.
Disadvantages: 1. It’s very tired to go upstairs with luggage. 2. There is no bottled water provided. You need to go out and buy it yourself. If you don’t mind drinking tap water, please ignore. 3. Order to pay at the store. When you check out, you swipe your credit card and then Ctrip said that my no show had deducted my security deposit, and it was wrong to ask Ctrip to verify it before returning it to me. There is a bnb recommended by lp on the first floor of the same address. The facade looks better than this one. There is a camera at the door. Friends in need can search by themselves.

AAnonymous UserAbsolutely loving our stay at Hôtel Nice Beau Rivage. We had to book last-minute in the city, and front desk staff managed to get us inside our room a bit earlier, as we asked, which was so helpful: we took a shower and went to explore the city. Location was incredible. Close to every tourist spots plus the beach. Clara gave us a plan guide with the map. Our room was super clean, comfortable and well equipped with appliances, TV, mini bar…Breakfast is great! Couldn’t ask for a better place here. We highly recommend this hotel.

李李叶子二猫The location is very good. It is only 5 minutes away from the Caspian Sea. You can watch the sunrise and sunset. There are also some restaurants and cafes around. The single room is much larger than the room. The toilet is much brighter and more refined. It meets the needs of single living. The staff is available 24 hours a day. , But the wifi is not very good. Generally recommended

PPamTakWonderful location facing the sea. The staff were kind and friendly. Effort was made to make our room look lovely as it was our wedding anniversary. I would definitely stay again. An added bonus is that there is a bus stop a couple of 100 yards from the hotel entrance that means you can take an easy ride to and from the airport.
