The location is extremely convenient for exploring; you can reach destinations like Cannes and Monaco by train after a mere 10-minute walk to the station. Access to the Old Town is also straightforward via train or tram. The balcony features excellent soundproofed windows, guaranteeing a peaceful night's sleep. I personally found this location more convenient than staying directly in the Old Town!

They charge you 150€ for deposit which is quite weird. The staff refused to give me an extra towel to go to the pool. Poor service, rude staff. I don’t really think it’s a 4 star hotel. Not worth the price.

Great location and lovely room with view over airport , only downside was bar closed early and we had just arrived from a long delayed flight there was no food available and just ordered drinks but staff made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. Apart from the staff is a great hotel

When the hotel learned that we were on our honeymoon, they arranged the environment for us. My husband and I were very excited to stay in this modern hotel in an old hotel in Europe. They put soda in the freezer for us, and there was drinking water in the hotel corridor, which is rare in Europe. Their meals are also very OK, with reasonable prices and good taste. There is also a shuttle bus. My favorite hotel of the whole trip.

The location is near the Nice airport, which is very convenient. The tram and bus stops are right outside the hotel, so you have easy access to the airport, and to the city centers of Nice, Cannes and other locations. The hotel, overall, was clear. They did a good job with the rooms, which were fairly spacious, only there was a bit of confusion about which glass bottles were clean or dirty outside, near the water machine, which is the only way you can get drinking water for the room. The clean bottles were supposed to be on top of the machine outside, near the elevator, but I was unsure if those bottles were actually clean. The service was very good, the team at the front desk was very helpful. There was a small scare when we first arrived, as the hotel said that they did not have our booking in their system (which I had fully paid for in advice, on Trip.com). They made a few phone calls, and we managed to get the 2 rooms that we booked for the five of us (2 adults, 3 children). I should point out that they said I was lucky that they had their last 2 rooms available, which they keep for such emergencies. I did not pay for breakfast, but we did eat the breakfast there twice, and if one adult buys the breakfast (19 euros), then the children are free. That worked well for us, and the children enjoyed the breakfast, as did the adults. There is a swimming pool, which is a small to medium size, and although we didn't use it, saw that many others were enjoying the pool. The gym was a decent size, but there were no free weights, which I like to use, so I did not use the gym. The restaurant connected to the hotel is only open Monday to Friday, and the menu is limited. There is not a great selection of restaurants nearby, but you can order in from others further away, though you will find that they make mistakes. Overall, a good choice for a reasonable hotel near the airport with good access to the cities around.

The hotel location is strategic, just a 5-minute walk from Nice Saint-Augustin train station. The tram to the airport is free from Grand Arenas station, making transportation very convenient. We booked a Mountain View Twin Room but were given a lower-quality room instead (please refer to the photo). Additionally, we had to request a room change due to a serious bed issue—the mattress was split in half, which was quite shocking as they were still using a damaged mattress for guests. To their credit, the front desk responded immediately and changed our room. However, the new room still did not meet our expectations. The bed quality was poor, too soft, and provided no proper back support. Breakfast was also disappointing, with very limited options. The only hot food available was scrambled eggs and sausages, while everything else was cold. Coffee and juice were from a machine, which didn’t add much to the experience. Overall, the stay was tolerable for the price, but definitely not worth it given the quality of the rooms, beds, and breakfast. Would not recommend unless you’re on a very tight budget.

The overall design of the hotel is simple and interesting. Morandi's color scheme is very aesthetic. The rooms are indeed mini, but they have a sense of design and have many humanized touches. The location is excellent, next to the CAP3000 large shopping mall and the beach. There are restaurants along the CAP3000 beach. Because we didn't do any research in advance, we wandered to Nice Old Town in the middle of the night and had a very unpleasant dinner. In fact, it was completely You can walk from the hotel to a coastal restaurant with a cap of 3,000 and enjoy a leisurely meal with a sea view. You will regret it. Next to cap3000 is the terminal of bus No. 12, which can take you to any major attractions in Nice. However, please note that the interval between buses is slightly longer on weekends and evenings, about half an hour.

There are more than 1 km from the airport, and the hotel is on the Nice Tram Line 2, which leads to the airport. There is a train station opposite the hotel, which leads to the city of Nice and Cannes, Monaco, Menton, etc., with an average of 20 minutes - there is a bus in 40 minutes, the latest bus is about 12 o'clock in the middle of the night. There are no residential areas around, so there are no supermarkets and places to eat.
