"As great as the reviews say this hotel is! The rooms are exactly as pictured, clean and tidy, with a very lovely timeless aesthetic. The service is top notch; any time we asked for something, the staff would send it up right away. Everyone was very friendly and it’s located close enough to the main streets that everything was within a 15 min walking distance (including the train station) but also in a quieter street so it wasn’t noisy in the mornings and evenings. The air conditioning in the room was very nice as well. My partner and I were very pleased with our stay and would be more than happy to return!"

"The hotel is very conveniently located. It takes only 15 minutes to walk to the old town by the sea or the train station, and it takes less than 20 minutes to get to the airport by taxi. The room is not very large, and it feels like the standard of a domestic express hotel. Fortunately, it is clean and tidy. You can eat and drink in the restaurant on the first floor."

"The hotel is relatively new, and the room was decent. Two bottles of Evian water were provided daily, which was a nice perk. Its location right next to the train station makes it very convenient for exploring nearby towns. The immediate area around the station, however, felt a bit bustling. On the bright side, there's a bakery and coffee shop downstairs, and it's also quite close to the main shopping street. Plus, there's a Vietnamese pho restaurant within walking distance. The only drawback is that it's a bit far from the beach. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The only minor issue was that check-in was a bit slow, but the staff were all very polite."

Optional room cleaning services are available for an extra fee, starting from 11 Euros. Should you need more toiletries or trash bags, they can be collected from the front desk. The location is extremely convenient for exploring; you can reach destinations like Cannes and Monaco by train after a mere 10-minute walk to the station. Access to the Old Town is also straightforward via train or tram. The balcony features excellent soundproofed windows, guaranteeing a peaceful night's sleep. I personally found this location more convenient than staying directly in the Old Town!"

"They charge you 150€ for deposit which is quite weird. The staff refused to give me an extra towel to go to the pool. Poor service, rude staff. I don’t really think it’s a 4 star hotel. Not worth the price."

"Location is very good. About 5 mins walk from Nice Ville train station and the tram line that goes towards the beach / old Nice. Room is clean, fresh towels everyday. Well done and 5 stars to the housekeeper. Even though I was there in the busy summer holidays, there was no noise problem at all and I got restful sleep all 4 nights. However, trip.com listed the room I selected (superior double room) as having a king size bed, although what I got was queen size. Clarified with the reception and indeed she said I got the correct room. Someone needs to update the description for better accuracy."

"I'm so happy to have chosen this place. The one-bedroom, one-living room apartment can sleep four people. There's a Carrefour supermarket across the street, making it convenient for buying groceries and cooking. It's a bit far from the beach, but Nice isn't a big city, so it's only a 15-minute walk away, and it's quite quiet. Highly recommended! My daughter said the bathroom was a bit far from the shower, but it wasn't a big deal. Cleanliness: Pretty good, but there's no one to clean, so you have to do everything yourself. Ambient: Very quiet location. Service: The front desk was very nice. Facilities: Perfect."

"The location is very good. There is a light rail to the airport and the bus station is also very close. There are many restaurants nearby, which can be reached on foot. It is 300 meters away from the beach, and you can't see the sea from the roof. The shower water is not hot, and feedback is useless. The front desk service is equivalent to no service. I stayed for 5 days and asked for an extra bottle of shower gel. They said there was no stock and asked me to buy it myself at the supermarket. It's outrageous! I have never heard of buying shower gel by myself when staying in a hotel."

"We stayed at this hotel in Nice during the National Day holiday. The public areas were very French and warm, the front desk and service staff were very friendly and considerate, and the breakfast was very rich, leaving us with good memories. The downside is that it is a little far from the core area (old town), about 20 minutes' walk, and it takes about 20 minutes to get to the subway line to the airport. Also, I don’t know if it’s because there are few people living in the triple room, but the hygiene is average and the facilities are a bit old."
