This hotel was the perfect place to stay - really clean and great location, only a 30 second walk from the tram! Sophie was so helpful and accommodating - she gave us a map and recommended us places to go and kept our luggage safe for a few hours before we checked in. The vibe of the hotel is really lovely, would highly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Nice, particularly for friends! Really reasonable for what you get, also only a 20 minute train ride away from Monaco! It is central but not too central, a few lovely cafes and restaurants nearby too.

Wonderful place, a small oasis in the bustling and crowded Nice! Walking distance to downtown or take the tram right outside. Rooms are clean, AC is cool and the breakfast in the pretty garden outside is the best! If you’re lucky you get to meet Polly, the cat.

The hotel is a beautiful building, with a beautiful garden in the front yard, the rooms are just out of the movies, so many details, and the style completes one's vacation in France. Our room was spotless and clean. We arrived late in the night/early morning and Sophie, the owner went out of her way to make sure we would find the venue and our room without any trouble. The hotel is in a perfect location, within walking distance to all tourist destinations of Nice, and also the tram which makes it super easy to access from the airport via public transportation. Lots of great bakeries, markers, and cafes nearby. You will get to also see the daily market which is close by on your way to the old town. Our stay here was complete with her kindness every day and her wonderful recommendation of adding Saint Jean Cap Ferrat to our itinerary of Eze. We also had the privilege of having a lovely conversation with Sophie, learning so much about the kind and amazing people of Nice and France. Our vacation is complete with having had the luck of finding this beautiful hotel with an owner who has a heart as big as hers. We also highly suggest the lovely breakfast in the garden. We cannot wait to come back and also share Hotel Villa St-Hubert with the rest of our friends and family who consider visiting Nice, France. Thank you so much Sophie for making our Nice/French trip unforgettable!!

Stayed here from Friday-Monday as my daughter and I were travelling to Monaco for the race weekend. As we arrived early on Friday Sophie said we could leave our bags at the hotel which was safe, she gave us a map and told us to see some of the sites of Nice when which she outlined for us on the map. I'm glad we took her advice as we spent couple of hours walking around the town, followed by a tour bus around the town. Nice is a wonderful town, very friendly people, great transport system, very simple to use. Over the weekend we went to several restaurants in the town and everyone one was very nice and the food was at very good price(I will review those as well). I will definitely be coming back here again with the whole family next time as I know they would all love it here. Lots of things for everyone, shops, restaurants, bars and did I mention the sea front as well with beach for chillaxing or going swimming in the sea.

Great location, in a quiet neighborhood, close to the tram to get to the center and the seafront. Pillows too thin and the bathroom had an open niche in the wall, so you can hear all the noises and the humidity from the shower and the lights enter the room.

Excellent address in Nice, ideally located: 200 from the tramway (very practical when arriving by plane) and 20 minutes walk from the Promenade des Anglais and old Nice. Barely 10 minutes by tram. The house is very pretty, located in an elegant and very quiet street. We find the same elegance in the rooms decorated with good taste and quality materials, Finally, let us mention, like everyone else, the extreme kindness of the welcome, the smile, the availability and the wise advice of the owner, Attention for elderly people who move with difficulty: there is no elevator. Absolutely stunning traditional hotel in the Liberation district of Nice. Close to a great selection of restaurants and local shops and just a two minute walk from the Borriglione tram stop. The Gare du Sud (now home to a library) and its adjacent fruit, vegetable and fish markets are a five minute walk and the Gare de Ville (international trains) is about a further five minutes. The hotel itself is charming, with a lovely garden and beautifully appointed rooms, many with balconies. The staff are fantastic and the manageress is wonderfully eccentric! Five stars in every department.
