Hotel Vendome Nice Reviews

The 🏨 is close to the beach. The normal double room is not spacious and the sound proof is bad. I had an accident a few days before the scheduled arrival date. Despite sending this 🏨 an email, explaining the circumstance, the hotel refused to change my reservation date with an extra cost. As a result, they charged me for the first night of no- show. Before booking this 🏨, do make sure you can arrive in time for your scheduled arrive date.

Good location close to the beach, clean, parking fee separate, inconvenience of having to use public parking lot if there are no spaces left.

Will not choose this hotel again

Very good hotel, close to the center and traffic to get to and from the airport. Only cleaning could be better: when we had breakfast then I saw a mouse that was dead and lying near elements. Looks like mouse was there for several days.

Unlike the old-fashioned and pretty exterior, I was initially disappointed with the small room and shower, but all the staff were friendly during my stay. However, the mini bar did not work at first, so I had to replace it, and the electric kettle was also full of lime powder on the floor, so I had to wash it myself. Other than the disappointment in that part, the location is good and the price is reasonable, so I think I will consider staying here again!

Enjoyed the stay. Walkable to the boardwalk and very safe area which was quiet. Would recommend this hotel. The tram stop from the airport was only one block away so very convenient. Stayed for 3 nights.

Very nice hotel in Nice within walking distance of the shops, old town and beach. Nearby tram station of Durandy makes it easy to travel around the area and to and from the airport. Very clean. Friendly staff. Very reasonable price wise.

Good Location with parking. Small rooms, expensive breakfast 15€ per Person. Good coffee machine and in the lobby for free.

Great place to land! Beautiful old building with modern amenities a few blocks from Cours Saleya, the ocean, and the tram to the airport. Plenty of food at breakfast - sliced meats, eggs, yogurt, croissants, pain au chocolat, pain au raisins, baguettes, espresso machine to make your own. Front desk there to help. Housekeeping super friendly. Highly recommend.

Excellent location. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast had many delicious fresh options and the staff were incredible!

Older hotel with a lot of character. Room was clean and had A/C. Walking distance to the sea and Old Nice. Staff was helpful a and nice. The only thing I would change are the carpeted floors on the room.

My only issue with this hotel was our room size. We opened up the door and it barely got by the corner of the bed. Other than that, loved everything about the area (10 minute walk to the old city/beach) and having 24hr concierge was amazing since we had to leave for the airport at 4:30am. Nice is incredible.
