The cheaper rooms are small but that isn’t really a problem. The walls are thin so pray to god the other guests are quiet. The staff was really pleasant and helpful. The breakfast is great and tasty.

Interesting guesthouse. There were people prying into my room at night, which was very annoying. Fortunately, I went to bed late and nothing went wrong.

Very friendly welcome, coffee, mineral water and sweets available at will at the reception. Excellent location in the center of the city, to be recommended. I had a nice room with two bunk beds

The room I booked with bunk beds made me feel like I was back in college. It was very clean, but a bit small. The toilet is very small! But the location is very convenient. It only takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach. There are many restaurants around.

Ihad an exceptional stay at this charming boutique hotel in the heart of Nice. The location is perfect, with easy access to all the major attractions, yet it offers a peaceful retreat from the city's bustle. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout the stay. The rooms are tastefully decorated, cozy, and reflect the unique character of the hotel. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend the Nap hotel to anyone visiting Nice!

Great location as it’s only a few blocks away from Place Masséna, Cours Saleya, and the beach. It’s definitely got the ailments you’d expect from a European 3-star hotel but if you just need a place to rest and shower during your time in Nice, it is more than fine. The staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly.

Traveled with our two children ages 12 and 9. Got a suite with downstairs and upstairs. Kids thought it was very cool. As “cool” as it was, there was ZERO room. We had 4 carryon suitcases with wheels and frankly the room both up and down was very small. No table….just a small desk. The bathroom was a bit dated and shower ridiculously small. There was a heatwave happening and we were happy to find a hotel with air conditioning. Unfortunately the AC didn’t work well. We noticed a lack of AC in general at many restaurants in the French Riviera. For us Floridians that is not ok. Front desk was lovely and friendly. Never had breakfast at hotel because wasn’t included in the price and would rather grab something at the corner restaurant. I honestly feel like this was just an ok hotel. Maybe a step up from a hostel. No real toiletries and very cramped spaces. It was fine and we survived but not a great hotel. Location was def city. Short walk to old town and 15-20 min walk to train station and 15-20 min walk to beach.

We stayed at this hotel for couple of days. It is located in the city centre , therefore it is easy to walk to many highlights of Nice as well as restaurants and shops and of course the sea!!! The hotel has a modern feeling , cozy atmosphere and friendly staff ! Thank you for your hospitality !

Great hotel and a reasonable price. The room was more spacious than expected and the balcony was a nice addition. The room was a little noisy with noise from both inside and outside the hotel. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. Free soft drinks and sweets at reception were a nice touch. The location was great - easy to walk to the main sights of Nice and the train station, and only a few minutes from the tram stop to/from the airport. The staff at the hotel were great - particularly when arranging a room for an extra night for us due to a cancelled flight. Everyone we came across was friendly and welcoming. The luggage room was a useful addition meaning you can drop your bags off before checking in/after checking out. Would recommend!

The French do 3 star hotels very well, and this one is above average. The room was marginally larger than expected. Clean, everything works, good breakfast. The front desk is 24/7 so always someone on hand. The room as a little warm and we never managed to get it properly cool. In April that was OK. In August? Paid a little extra for one of the only two (?) rooms with a balcony so it was nice to step out and gauge the temperature each morning. And if you are a smoker (neither of us is) then makes sense. The location is central, just over 10 min walk to the station, but be aware the surrounding area is retail. There are a couple of eating options close by, but a 5 minute walk to Rue Massena will sort out dozens more options.
