Nice hotel, warm, excellent location, the station is 5 minutes away, the tram to the airport is about 10 minutes, the embankment is about 15, and Notre Dame is around the corner) There are glass glasses, I wish I could add a kettle) There are several grocery stores and many cafes around for breakfast. The Internet could be better, but it’s tolerable, there’s enough for video calls.
The only negative is audibility. If you are a light sleeper, take earplugs just in case. If you’re lucky with your neighbors, you’ll only hear the hairdryer (almost the same as in your bathroom))), and sometimes the TV. My neighbors and I were unlucky; they came at about 3 a.m. all 4 nights that we stayed at the hotel and slammed the door several times (although it closes normally), turned on the TV loudly and talked and laughed very loudly (really very loudly ), and calmed down only after knocking on the wall.
But this is really the only negative, and most people are still adequate, so I recommend the hotel!

Godseongbi Hotel! I slept in a triple room for less than 50 euros per night, and all the staff were really friendly. Good location between the square and Nice station

Overall it was good, but the soundproofing was a little poor. The guy next door kept making loud calls at 11:00 pm until 2:00 pm. The front desk helped me change the room the next day. The service was very thoughtful.

Overall it was a very nice stay at the hotel. The location was very central, opposite a bakery, restaurants and the city in the immediate vicinity. You could also walk to the beach promenade (about 1400 m). The train station is only a few hundred meters away.
Unfortunately, it was sometimes very loud at night and the windows didn't provide good soundproofing. The bathroom was very clean but really tiny.
Everything else, service, location, beds etc. were very good, the reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
