Great location…. Clean, tidy & quiet… Everything you need for a stay

Excellent

A studio with a balcony, very close to the beach, with Carrefour and Lidl nearby, so it's convenient to buy things. Suitable for short stays, with good sound insulation, and can cook simple meals. But I don't like the mattress, it's not breathable, and the king-size bed room has two mattresses put together.

Liked everything. Many thanks to the administrator Elena for her help. I will only recommend this hotel to all my friends.

very well located, functional and well equipped apartment

We are a family of three. The room has a bed and a sofa. The sofa can sleep one person. The bathroom and toilet are very small. There is not enough hot water. Two people can wash it well, but the third person can wash it after a while. The water is cold. The most dissatisfied thing is the front desk. The waitress at the hotel made things difficult for us. There was a parking space, but she told us that there was no parking space. She asked us to find a public parking lot outside. My husband drove around and couldn't find it. He looked for one according to the map. It didn't look like a public parking lot when we drove there. It was like a private one, so we didn’t dare to drive down. It was really difficult to park in Nice. Even the parking spaces on the roadside were full, so we had to go back to the hotel to ask for help. At this time, a male waiter changed at the front desk and he asked We were leaving at what time tomorrow, and we were told that there was a parking space. We were so happy that we didn’t have to go out to look for it. The parking lot was underground and very small. When we got down, we saw that there were at least three parking spaces, so the waitress asked We feel that they are discriminating against us and deliberately making things difficult for us! Mistaken!

Very good location, not far from La Vela beach. The people are very welcoming, they allowed us to leave our luggage in the hotel after checkout so that we could enjoy the beach before leaving. We had a good stay in Nice!

The location is very good. You can see the sea from the balcony. The room has a kitchen and kitchen utensils are fully equipped. It is no problem for two people to open a large suitcase

This is our 5 time here. It is not fancy but the rooms are a good size and we like to cook a few times on our extended stay. We walk to town mostly even as it is a little ways. So we like the location.

Nice space with balcony and seats outside. The kitchen had a stovetop and microwave oven refrigerator and dishwasher. 8th floor had more outside terrace with chairs and a view of the Mediterranean. Laundry is available for a fee 5 euros for wash and 3 euros for drying. Nice clean machines. Definitely a lot of outside smoking which wafted into room on 7th floor when windows open or out on the balcony. Great price and nice amenities

Good location and apartment had a lot of space. Breakfast is expensive for what you get so I would buy something elsewhere for better value and better quality.

Although most staff were very helpful the was one woman at the reception desk who was as unfailingly pompous and rude.
