Although most of the people leave 2 star reviews I couldn’t find myself writing one. It is important to know that what you pay for, you get. I enjoyed my stay, staff is friendly and willing to help you out.

Horrible hotel . We had our bagagens stored on the store room while we were visiting the city and we came back and our Bagages were not in the same place we left them and one shirt was stolen. The staff isn’t nice too

I arrived at night and the reception gave me a very bad room, the door handle was broken. When I asked to change the room he was annoyed and told me if I didn’t like the room ‘I can cancel the booking and leave’. That was at 12:30AM. As a Solo Female Traveller it very difficult when you face people like that. Moreover, the room was stinking and when I went to the toilet, there was poo stuck on the The toilet (which I had to clean because the reception refused to change my room) I also complained to Trip.com and was notified that they had informed about a room change but no one changed it the next day. On the 3rd day, I went to the reception the lady at the reception told me that she had no idea about it. The lady was nice and she immediately changed my room and gave me a better room which was clean and smelled nice. I wish I had got that room earlier!

The place is not bad if you need to catch a flight early in the morning, very close to the airport.

WORST HOTEL I EVER STAYED IN!! The room was really small and not clean. But my worst experience was with the reception staff. All the ladies where SO RUDE. I was shocked how they where talking to their clients. I swear I will never ever come to this hotel again. Words cant describe how bad this hotel is. A lot of teenagers, alcohol, *****, dirtyness. Check in time is 14:00, but they gave us a room at 16:00. But when it was check out day, they came yell at us at 11:00 while check out time was 12:00. Besides that, we ask the reception if they can keep our luggage a couple of hours because we had a evening flight, they said no just because they didnt want to put any effort with helping their clients, mind you the luggage room was empy. So we did it ourself, then the lady came yelling at us for touching ‘her door’. Literally yelling.
