The location is good, the facilities are average, the room is small, the only thing worth it is the sea view and breakfast, the worst is the bathtub drain there are bugs, I wash down one at night, the next morning when I wake up and I find another.

The location of this hotel overlooking the Mediterranean and Promenade des Anglais is excellent, offering spectacular views, but it is about a 20 minute walk to the historic centre. Breakfast is a little disappointing for a hotel of this class, but a continental room service breakfast was offered at no additional charge. The rooms are small, but clean and well equipped and the staff is friendly , knowledgeable and helpful. Overall, pleasant for a night or two.

The room is not big, but the location is excellent, facing the sea. The front desk was extremely arrogant, spoke coldly and quickly, and did not arrange the room according to the reservation requirements.
