Mama Shelter Nice

With a group of 10 people we came to spend the evening, the tapas are not very numerous in choice, but the pizza is very good. Very nice decoration There were several hiccups: 2 drinks ordered 1 hour of waiting and when we follow up they had forgotten, but drinks served and tapas that we had not ordered and that they wanted to impose on us ... Some waiters were great but others not very friendly we can see that they are tired but in the service the customers do not have to feel that. We did not have access to the swimming pool because we did not sleep at the hotel (which I understand) A table at more than 500 € and we were put out 15 minutes before closing time ... A little disappointed with this first visit

I tried the rooftop. And it was really mediocre, deplorable service with a waitress "at the end of her life", very average Spritz served without even a peanut, ordinary decoration with lots of plants dead from drought because not maintained... the list is long and abnormal for this type of place. Avoid!

Very nice setting with a very pleasant Rooftop where we started our evening with cocktails, only shame no reservations possible which quickly fills the place, another point to review the responsiveness of the service to the various requests of the tables it is a little long and some appetizers or aperitif biscuits would be appreciated for a new place with such a standing, too bad that the Rooftop is so close to the houses because the atmosphere is good but the DJ is not there. Second part of the evening at the restaurant again very beautiful setting a well-made menu small so homemade simple but excellent dishes so very good point for the service ditto with Rooftop a little long it's a shame but very pleasant and friendly waiters, the musical entertainment is very appreciable only downside no one gets into the mood everyone remains seated to see if this evolves. In conclusion very beautiful place in the heart of the city just a few details and adjustments to adjust so that it has a frank success bravo for the prices which remain reasonable despite the novelty the setting etc.

A new hotel/restaurant in Nice, where we went to dinner, as a local. An aperitif taken on the rooftop, an incomplete menu, the standard cocktails are not listed although they are available; no appetizers (olives, chips, ...) with the cocktail. However, the place is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Dinner in the restaurant: a fairly simple menu with reasonable prices. The fresh pasta is excellent. For dessert, a rum baba to share, too large. The waiters' dress code should be reviewed. In conclusion, a nice place, which has room for improvement (small details are important in an establishment of this level) to compete with its competitors.

Hotel well located in Nice, close to the port Impeccable welcome, top cleanliness Rooms with good bedding, well equipped and very quiet Rooftop with the swimming pool are a real plus Possibility to eat on the rooftop or in the restaurant with air conditioning. The breakfast is incredible (variety and quality) and meals from the restaurant or roof top excellent Large parking on site within the very practical hotel

Wir waren als Familie für eine Nacht in Nizza und haben das Mama Shelter gewählt. Wir waren wirklich rundum zufrieden: angefangen von der bequemen Parkgarage mit direktem Zugang zum Hotel bis zum sehr freundlichen Personal, von der stylishen Inneneinrichtung bis zum reichhaltigen Frühstücksbuffet: wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Ein Highlight ist sicherlich die Rooftop-Bar mit Pool, wo wir uns bei einem Gläschen und einer "pissaladiere" entspannt haben. Zu Fuß ist man in ca. 10 Minuten an der Promenade des Anglais.

Hotel bien placé proche gare et vieux port, de l’accueil à la restauration et tout le personnel en général est souriant et très serviable, le,petit déjeuner est au TOP , joli piscine sur le toit avec bar et restauration, décoration sympathique , hotel propre , l’ouverture vient de se faire. Belle surprise pour cet hotel qui n’était pas notre premier choix et qui a sû nous garder 3 nuits de plus. Merci pour les cookies 😉 et mousse au chocolat fortement conseillee.
