Beautiful beach, great coffee, helpful staff, lovely sunsets!! Management lacks logic tho. Some hotel training would help. Using the tv/streaming is impossible. They require you to login to your own personal streaming on their tv. Even an Airbnb comes with easy to use wifi and cable tv. That doesn’t match ‘resort’ quality and amenities. Improvements are made to benefit management not guests. Early checkout ruins a very expensive holiday. Rates are very high and rigid. Any friendliness comes from teen staff making minimum wage not owners/management with poor social skills. A nice time but needs work.

Our experience at the cottage was quite disappointing. The lack of water pressure was incredibly frustrating and made basic tasks challenging. Coupled with the absence of Wi-Fi, we felt disconnected and inconvenienced throughout our stay. The abundance of spider webs added to the discomfort. Moreover, the employees' lack of assistance exacerbated the situation. Despite our concerns, their inaction left us feeling unsupported and dissatisfied with our overall experience. In summary, the combination of water pressure issues, no Wi-Fi, spider webs, and unhelpful employees made our stay at the cottage less than enjoyable.
