GGuest UserRooms was big and spacious. Updated bathroom with standing shower. Clean and comfy. Location is great right outside (literally across) of the Niagara outlet collection. Parking on site is available for a fee of 15 CAD (2023)
何何The hotel is very close to Outlets and it is a very convenient choice if you want to shop at Outlet. The hotel room has a full kitchen and can cook for yourself.
GGuest User#positive #I was happy with the Cleanliness of the Towels, Cleanliness of Public Areas, Public Area Decor, Bathroom, Safety; #negative #I was disappointed with the Service; I booked the wrong room and asked Ctrip to coordinate, but Ctrip said that this hotel does not allow them to call them. I went to the front desk to negotiate, and it was obvious that there were rooms available on the Internet, but the front desk staff was unable to refuse, and lied that ”all the rooms are full”. It feels like they are cheating customers. Will not live in the future.
KK CGordonThe rooms are big and spacious, No complaints there There was a coffee maker and a mini fridge in the room which was a nice asset. Would've loved to have had access to a microwave. The heater is very loud when running. Had to wear earplugs plus I could hear the one from my daughter's room next door when hers was turned on. Those are my only complaints. Food is close by, The location is about 25 to 30 minutes to Queen Street where there are some nice little shops. The staff at the front desk was pleasant upon checking in. Even got some welcome cookies 🍪.
Would recommend.
JJoyce519The magical northeastern provinces, in the front desk plus breakfast 130 per person seems, but the invoice can only open the room fee, in the restaurant original price of 180 per person to eat breakfast can open a restaurant invoice. Even more strange is the requirement for personal invoices. Names are hard to tell me how they are special in the three provinces of the East, and the name of the family can only be owned by government agencies and names. However, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan companies that are helpless, can't open the country without a tax number? !
