Very very good service! The staff are kind, it is how they make the difference. I thought it was overpriced, but it’s totally justifiable.
The food is good and fast, we enjoyed very much with the service of Victoria.
The arcade games was fun too! Thanks to Thomas. It made memorable.
Worth to come definitively!!!

No vegan option for vegan vegetarians. No option for Indian food. Jain food option should be there. Arcade should be included in the stay for kids.
It's a rip off after paying for stay.
Room service is only available if stay is more than 3 days. This is ridiculous. Room service should be every day.

The room is spacious, and the sofa bed in the family room can accommodate 2 people. The tea cabinet has a coffee machine, but no microwave or kettle. There is a small refrigerator. The heated swimming pool is good. Our favorite is the water park inside, where you can choose different activities for all ages. Check-out time is 11:00. There are family music activities in the lobby on Thanksgiving and Christmas.
