The only thing good about this place is the location… paper thin walls so you hear your neighbors doing everything, the worst part is while I had the do not disturb sign on one one of the employees opened my door without knocking or any warning. I had just come out of the shower and was getting changed, I went up to the concierge to let them know what had happened and the manager of course was in a “meeting” but was told that I would receive a call right after she was done. Of co**** never received any call. If you care about privacy and sleep and not book this place

The hot tub was not in working order and based off other reviews has been for quite some time and they were lying to guests stating "waiting on a part to come in that day." and that was at 10:30 at night.

Disappointed with how staff handled customers -- there was a line up when we we checked in and the front desk staff couldn't determine which customer to accommodate first. There are customers that just arrived but were looked after before the ones lining up on queue.

Whenever I take a trip with my family to Niagara we always stay at The Falls Inn. Pleasant staff, clean property and close to everything.

Great location. 5minute walk to Clifton Hill or the ******. However, bring a white noise machine, you can hear neighbors if they’re loud talkers/kids playing. Staff were friendly and room service is offered daily. Rooms were comfortable. Small refrigerator but no microwave.

Good hotel for the price. My only complaints are the pillows weren’t soft and the room was dry, but otherwise it was a great stay. I would stay again and bring my pillow.

We do very much enjoy staying at this hotel. Our only complaint is channel selections. We weren't able to get many channels including lower ones like ctv couldn't even watch hockey

Overall staying experience was similar to Highway robbery. Hotel staff and manager are terrible. Hotel is keep making different different policies to take more money. Charging extra money for parking extra money for checkout because I submitted card keys 15 min late. Hotel room condition is very poor not worth the price at all most horrible experience ever

Amazing stay with the family, and you can’t beat the location and price. Building is older but to be expected. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the building was clean. Walking distance to everything you would want to see at the falls. Would recommend and book again.
