Absolutely disgusting place. Front desk is incredibly rude. Please report this place to BBB. They should not be running anymore. I have no words to describe this experience, so horrible. The sheets were used and dirty, the smoke detector did not work. Everything smelled of cigarettes. Not safe to stay here.

5-star service for Ricki and Jay! Extremely kind hospitality and welcoming atmosphere. We had the pleasure of travelling to Niagara for the great North American Solar Eclipse. The motel is located perfectly It's near the Niagara Canal with two trails nearby that are great for exploring. The grocery store is a quick walk away, and only a 10 minutes drive to get to Niagara Falls. And a 3-6 minute drive to the Whirlpools and Butterfly Conservatory. We stayed with a group of friends in a 2-bedroom suite that was well designed with the bathroom dividing down the middle giving separation of the two beds making us feel like we had more privacy. The staff were very kind and genuinely made our experience enjoyable. By far one of the best motels I've been to in a long time. I just can't express how kind the staff were I've never felt more welcomed, definitely coming back!

Visited Canada side of Niagara and were looking at many hotel options 10 mile radius of Niagara . Found this place and booked it . Location wise , it’s good - it’s like 5-7 mins from Niagara Canada side . There are few restaurants near the hotel / Tim hortons etc. they don’t have a cafe or food in the premises . Super friendly owners/employees.. they were really helpful and always smiling .. internet was a bit slow .. kids had to be in ground floor outside the room for better internet The rooms were ok. I mean for the price , it’s not worth it . We paid about 233 usd for this :( if the price was 70-100 usds then I would have given a 5 star review . Toooooo expensive for a 1 star . Rooms were ok.. comfortable beds . Smalll standing bathrooms . And renovation still going on on the other side . People smoke outside which can leak into ur rooms . Overall it was average but just for the service I’m giving 3 stars :) ⭐️⭐️⭐️

The owner seemed nice at first glad was able to get accomodions..paid weekly at first then allowed to pay monthly..took cash only no receipts..left first week of month...I offered to pay for 2 weeks instead he stole the whole month's worth ...would not refund me as I said only took cash. Laughed in my face so he ripped me off for over 1,000.00...plus if you want sheets to be washed for over a month he charged 20.00...plus air conditioner leaked in room...I want people to know he scams you out of money.Does not keep proper books...when your down and out he takes advantage of that
