The location is good, a few minutes walking distance to the falls. However the service is poor and the staff are not friendly. The room is spacious but the equipments are outdated. There is no USB charging socket in the room. The quality of the WIFI signal is very poor. The household wares are so cheap. All the cups are one-time plastic ones. There is no basket to put in the used towels. We even got a spider in the bathtub and a couple of flies in the room. We can hear noises from the hall ways and other rooms at night.

The room was very nice and clean , the location is good parking was included so that’s a big bonus . The only issue we had was we asked for an extra half hr for check out and they said no problem but they came knocking on the door twice . Other then that it was a very pleasant stay I suggest it to everyone

Excellent location for Skylon Tower and the falls with free guest parking. IHG members can requested late checkout. The building is a 6 stories property, so you won’t have falls view, but it is very close to the falls (less than 10 mins walk)

Nice room with double queen size bed. The bathroom is spacious with great steam facility. 3 minutes walk to the Falls.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the Canadian Falls. The rooms are clean and well-equipped. The restaurant (lounge) and pool are also very good. It's a very good value hotel.
