We booked two days at American falls view room. When we arrived hotel, they said it sold out. And the stuff was laughing. They tried to find other room but it was cheapest room. They only gave us free breakfast. The room is poor because there is not door in shower room so we did wet all toilet paper easily.
The restaurant is good. It has good view and tasty. If we could stay same room two days, our travel would have been better.

Location is perfect which is close to Niageria fall. After taking the boat cruise, your clothes are wet and you can go back to hotel to get changed. Swimming pool is very small. Electric kettle is provided upon request.

great location, but there was a problem with the cleaning the room. The breakfast was definitely not worth the price although the view was amazing.

your hotel is very dirty. house keeping didnt come. didnt vacuum. bugs in room. disgusting. elevators take too long. customer service takes to long. overpriced for this dated hotel. needs definite update. Stuck in the 90's. very very dirty.

Disappointing Experience with Poor Customer Service
I had a very frustrating stay. Despite the lobby being completely empty, we waited an unusually long time just to get checked in. During our stay, I had to call reception more than three times just to get a basic item like a toothbrush. Even worse, the bathroom door in our room was jammed—my friend got stuck inside for over 20 minutes. We called reception for help, but no one ever showed up. We were hesitant to force the door open out of fear we’d damage it and be charged for it.
This kind of service is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of attention to guest needs. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this place to others.
