Sheraton Fallsview Hotel

A great location, and not the first time staying here. The views from breakfast and the on site Victoria restaurant are stunning!

Location is perfect which is close to Niageria fall. After taking the boat cruise, your clothes are wet and you can go back to hotel to get changed. Swimming pool is very small. Electric kettle is provided upon request.

great location, but there was a problem with the cleaning the room. The breakfast was definitely not worth the price although the view was amazing.

Disappointing Experience with Poor Customer Service I had a very frustrating stay. Despite the lobby being completely empty, we waited an unusually long time just to get checked in. During our stay, I had to call reception more than three times just to get a basic item like a toothbrush. Even worse, the bathroom door in our room was jammed—my friend got stuck inside for over 20 minutes. We called reception for help, but no one ever showed up. We were hesitant to force the door open out of fear we’d damage it and be charged for it. This kind of service is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of attention to guest needs. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this place to others.

The window is full of finger print mark, we book for the falls view room and once we entered the room there are clearly uncleaned windows and once we open further the curtain, there are more marks, oily and dirty marks with kids finger and hands mark over the window, well, it's obviously the cleaner did not clean the places where they are covered, but more difficult to accept is the area which is clearly seen that it is not yet cleaned, we understand time is tight and it's the Canada day holiday, the rooms are busy, but we just want cleaniness, on the other hand, there are chocolate and other oreo chips on left on the ground, near the bin area (I understand it's dark and the carpet is in darker colour at the side too), but again, it is not been cleaned and vaccumed, we did not even try to look at other area underneth the chair or table, they are dusty too. I hope the hotel can be more cautious and check the cleaner's work after they claimed to be cleaned. The hotel can contact me directly I can provide more pictures we took and I hope they can enhance this situation in the future.
