Really nice room, however the request of a higher floor was neglected. Good breakfast but the staff was rather rude... Overall experience 3/5, overpaid for not being properly new as in the pictures, and smaller than expected.

Loved my stay Heater & MayQueen are and were amazing customer service, communication and more two amazing women who helped add to the stay I had planned for my mothers birthday. We loved our stay the view of the Falls were amazingly beautiful. At check in I was given discounts to help enhance our trip or give us extra things to do. The view from the restaurant on site was ok and having a wider range of options to choose from would have been nice but food was good. Overall great stay!

Check in took a long time even though there wasn’t a lot of us. We got a room close to elevator so it was a bit noisy at times. The view was decent. Room was clean.

Check-in and check-out were quick and Edith at the front desk was efficient and courteous. Our room was spacious with excellent view of both Canadian and American falls. We enjoyed the fireworks from our room. The breakfast buffet was good, too.

Very nice view, worth for booking.
Hotel staff very nice, I arrived by uber but my son lost a handbag, so I ran out to see, and a receptionist lady also ran out for help, she is super helpful to help me to contact the driver, even we cannot reach out the driver, and when I checked in the counter, another super nice receptionist lady explained very detail to me for how to contact the drivers again or report police etc, both 2 receptionist ladies are super super nice and helpful and professional.
The last one is the manager and we lost another backpack and wonder it was lost in hotel, he spend long time to look for me and review cctv few times for me, they all are very kind hearted and helpful when you have problems. Really appreciated and touched.
Room was a bit old but everything looks good, room service food also good.
