We had the best time at The Butler House! The hosts Jamie and Dan are so hospitable, kind, and caring. Our plane got in early, and Dan and Jane texted us a few hours early that the room was ready. The room was very cozy and comfortable. We had the Regatta room, which had a little sun porch to sit in, and we took advantage of that. The sit-down breakfast every morning was delicious, and Jamie saw to it that our needs were always met. The house was calm and quiet and so very relaxing. Snacks were offered downstairs and always available. I loved sitting out on the nice porch out front, and the street was so quiet and the houses so interesting. We really had a nice relaxing time thanks to Jamie and Dan!

The Butler House is a wonderful place to stay. It is very clean and beautifully decorated. The owners are friendly and welcoming. Nice sized room. If you like old homes this is especially a place you would enjoy. It is centrally located to all of the Niagra attractions. It is on a quiet street with wonderful homes. We enjoyed spending time on the front porch before breakfast and at the end of the day. They even provided extra coffee and snacks including chips, fresh fruit and bakery goods as well as ice. They go above and beyond for their guests.

Wonderful! We enjoyed two nights in The Falls room at The Butler House. Jamie and Dan were great hosts and we had a lovely time. Breakfast was delicious and I forgot to ask for a recipe, but I will reach out for it! The house is so well maintained and the room was great. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom had so much storage! We also enjoyed the other guests each evening and during breakfast. It was an easy walk to the falls and we really enjoyed staying on the NY side. Their restaurant recommendations were super helpful too!

Clean, convenient and convivial. We'd never been to Niagara Falls and chose to stay on the USA side because it's quieter and less touristy. That was an excellent decision. Butler House is within easy walking distance of the Rainbow Bridge, and it's worth walking to avoid the automobile backup for customs. The breakfast each morning is delicious. The neighborhood is quiet, and we enjoyed weather conducive to sitting on the front porch for coffee in the morning and cocktails before dinner.

My experience from the beginning to end of my birthday weekend getaway was phenomenal. Dan and Jaime were exceptional. The house is amazing and more than I expected. The morning breakfasts were very gourmet and absolutely delicious. Their recommendations for local restaurants and activities in the neighborhood were on point. We had an amazing weekend at the Butler House, I highly recommend it to anyone who is visiting Niagara Falls. You will not be disappointed.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Butler House Bed & Breakfast. The bed was comfy and the breakfasts were great. The house and rooms were homey and you just felt like you lived there too. Every day you get a savory and sweet breakfast so it's like having 2 breakfasts which gives you the fuel you need to walk around and see the falls. I loved sitting on the front porch bench swing and just looking at all the beautiful fall colors on this lovely little street. Dan was a great host and went above and beyond when I left my iPad in my room. He shipped it to me the same day I left and it arrived a few days later. It was perfectly packed in a box with bubble wrap and even a towel to prevent it from breaking. I shouldn't have expected anything less from Dan as he seems to be meticulous in everything he does from decorating to plating breakfast. I would stay here again if I ever go back to Niagra Falls.

Enjoyed staying in this historic home from 1910. We chose the room with adjoining sunroom. Dan and Jamie were great hosts! We got in late, but There was a cupcake waiting for us in the parlor. Always stocked with water, tea, hot chocolate, coffee, and fruit. Pastry every day in the afternoon from a local bakery. Their breakfast were amazing. The French toast casserole was delicious with fresh berries, and then an egg casserole for salty taste. Enjoyed comparing notes with the other guests at the breakfast table. Highly recommend!

A terrific experience! Don and Jamie were gracious and warm hosts. The rooms were warm, tastefully decorated and very comfortable as was the entire home. The living room or sitting room was comfortable and inviting with coffee,tea and always a pastry from the finest bakery in Niagara Falls. Then there are the breakfasts - two courses- Fresh , squeezed oj , blueberry waffles and turkey sausage and veggies the second was a bagel with a vegetable and egg mix and baked. Absolutely wonderful! I recommend this highly, not just because of the terrific meals and lovely home - but also of their philosophy of buying older houses with charm and potential and contributing to the the reinvention of the community. Truly, people you want to be associated with.
