The hotel room could use an overall deep clean but the staff and breakfast were friendly and delish!

The pool area was filthy! There were chunks of hair and used band aid around and inside the pool. There were dirty towels on the chairs.
Our room was very dirty. There was unflushed urine in our toilet when we checked in. There was a birthday candle and plastic bag on the floor. The carpet looked like it wasn’t vacuumed.

Room was okay. TV didn’t work. Breakfast was good. Gym needs more equipment and free weights as there is enough machines. Didn’t check out pool.

We were there on Feb 03’2024. Good room and nice bed. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Hotel is 10 min walk to Tops/Target etc. shopping Mall. There is Tim Horton coffee shop one-minute walk from the hotel.

Overall, we had a good stay. The only negative was the front desk staff was away from the desk a lot. Felt a little unsafe and always had to wait to check in, ask questions or check out.

The front desk people were very nice. The condition of the rooms and the bedding were terrible. The sheets were stained all over, there were massive gouges in the walls, the carpets were stained and dirty. The beds were hard as a rock and the pillows were like sleeping on boards. You heard the people walking around above you all day and night. The elevators are rickety and shaky.

I’ve stayed at this place a few time in different rooms and what I don’t understand is there seems to be every room I’ve stayed in the walls have had dirt stains from food and stuff like that in the bathroom

Well the hotel didn’t shovel or salt the sidewalk near the handicap parking on the right side . They only cleared in front of the front foor .I found black hairs on the bedspread on my bed .The top 2 draws in the dresssers kept opening all nite .The dinning room is not handicap friendly. Either the chairs are so low I couldn’t sit in them .Or they were so high I had to try to jump into them
