Overall it was a good experience staying in this hotel. Room were clean and spacious. Staff was very helpful in providing information. Breakfast was good just they need to be more proactive to refill the stuff once it is finished.

Stayed here with my 1 year old, sister and wife on Feb 23rd, noticed the overall condition of the establishment was not great and the parking lot was dirty but tried to overlook that. Got into our room and noticed immediately that it smelled dirty. We noticed hair in BOTH double beds indicating the sheets had not been changed, thought whatever this is only one night we have to stay here. I went and asked the manager on duty for a new set of sheets for the beds and he gave me some and apologized. We then stripped the bed and found what appears to be blood(photo attached) on the mattress cover. Told the manager again who decided to upgrade the room to a suite at no cost. We then looked over this room which appeared to be better but unswept. we didn't bother to check further as we had a long drive in the morning and after 4 hours of driving prior to all this didn't want to bother. We arrived at 9:00 and this resulted in my wife and I moving our 1 year olds portable crib from room to room at 11:00pm and us not being able to even go to sleep until 12:00 as well as feeling unsafe and disgusted. We did not bother with the breakfast as we all just wanted to leave as quick as possible.

It's great if you have a car. There is Nothing within walking distance. But the room here was really nice. I enjoyed the shower and the free breakfast was good. People were nice.

I booked the reservation for 2 rooms each with a king bed. When I arrived, I was told they didn’t have those rooms available. And she said her manager noticed the day before that those rooms were not available. So one of our parties got stuck in a queen bed. Floor was nasty, shoes were sticking to the floors, hair in the bathroom. You couldn’t pay me to stay here again!

Overall my stay at this property wasn’t bad. The front desk was nice and helpful, check in was easy and fast, and there was breakfast included. Love a free breakfast! I just wasn’t happy with the cleanliness of my room. More specifically the bathroom. There was a Bobby pin, small piece of cardboard and hair on the floor,a strand of hair on the shower floor, and left over soap debris on the shower shelf. I was only there for the night after a football game so by the time I got in it wasn’t worth the complaint. This is something that could have easily been overlooked by the housekeeping team. Other than that, the room served its purpose.

I found my duvet with blood, and the pillowcases had not been changed, they had hair; the bath didn’t have any amenities.we stayed three days,they didn’t clean the room at all.
