My room had lots of stains everywhere. The hotel is new but need more professional management.

The hotel is new, the room is big and clean, very close to Niagara Falls, 8 or 9 minutes walk, parking is $15 a day, which is quite cheap, there are many food nearby, the American food at the door is not bad, and it is convenient for travel

The water is only ice water. It is still a distance from the waterfall park, and it takes a long time to walk

The room is large and the brand new facilities look very comfortable, but there is no microwave or bathtub. The bedding is clean and the mattresses and toiletries are new and of good quality. Great value for money!

A very new hotel with good service. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Niagara Falls Park. The hotel provides breakfast and dinner, but they are charged. There is no stove in the kitchen, only a microwave. If you want to cook your own food, you can drive to Walmart far away to buy some food, and choose simple ingredients that are ready to eat or can be heated in the microwave. In general, it is a satisfactory hotel.

The hotel has an unbeatable view, embracing the lake area. The aunt at the front desk is cheerful and generous, and she will upgrade your cabin without you noticing.

The overall experience was disappointing. We went there at the end of May and the hotel was quite crowded. The room we were given by the front desk when we checked in for the first time was not cleaned at all. The second room we were given had a sofa bed but no bedding at all. The hotel was very slow in handling the problem and only delivered some bedding after several requests. It was not very comfortable to sleep. The location was OK.

The room was nice, twin beds, 3 people, not far from the waterfall.
